Alexandra Burke is 7/2 with Bet365 to win the X Factor and she is 13/8 to be the top 14-24 female with SkyBet. She is likely to be similar to Leona Lewis this year in that she likes to belt out songs so expect plenty of Whitney Houston and Mariah Carey numbers.
Laura White Joint Favourite To Be Best Girl
Laura White can also be backed at 13/8 to be the top female in this category, this time with Blue Square. Laura White is the third favourite to win the entire competition at 5/1 with Bet365 and Sportingbet and she earmarked herself as one of the top contenders with her first performance at boot camp.

Diana Vickers is fourth best in the X Factor betting list at 8/1 with Paddy Power and she is 4/1 with Paddy Power to be best of the girls. Diana is a bit quirkier than most of the contenders which makes her quite hard to gauge. She could just as easily win as be one of the first eliminated.
