Leading Goalscorer
JERMAINE BECKFORD LEEDS +

by betking (£0)

Jermaine Beckford finished 2nd in the top scorer charts last season, with 20 goals. The only man ahead of him was Jason Scotland with 24, who is no longer in the division. Beckfords 20 goals were 5 clear of anyone else below him in the table.

This season hes started the same. A goal last week in the league, followed by a midweek hat-trick in the league cup.

To Be Promoted

Stan Ternent is the man in charge and his aim will be to take Huddersfield back in to the Championship. Ternent is a manager I like, he has good experience and has a real hunger for the game which I love to see. He has made some very good signings this summer, the one that stands out for me is ...

would have been promoted last year had it not been for the 15 point deduction, and i still fancied them to win the playoffs but everbody is entitled to an off day. but this season they will be starting from a level playing field and they will be desperate to get back into the championship

They never seem to get above mid table and 19th last season was a decent finish for them, but with only one signing and that an unspectacular o ...

LEEDS are much better than this and although a return to the top flight may be a few years off; it is more than likely that they will return to the Championship - quite possibly as champions.

My own team, having been born slightly nearer to Filbert Street than Notts Forest. Another team who is better than this and really should achieve a top 3 position.
