I just dont see any likely challengers to be honest. The Yankees just keep flattering to deceive and frankly in my opinion are over-rated anyway. You could make outside arguments from Texas and Detroit but I dont see them having consistency. The Red Sox have seen it and done it all before, and have more consistency than the rest. At the moment, the Yanks are going for 8 straight wins, whilst the Red sox are on a 5 match losing streak. Having drawn level with the 'Sox in mid-July, i feel they can go on and win the AL outright
