To Win Outright
BUBBA WATSON + EW

Still I shall not risk to bet for him against Tiger but he has been improving. His world ranking is 68, 36 in FedExCup. He is best than previous years as he has collected by now more and better positions than before. He made 11 cuts in 15 tournaments and got a 2nd (tied, Quail), a T7 and other 6 within 10th and 25th. He was 14th at Travellers but was from the beginning very close of being in t ...

Hunter Mahan almost did it for me in the US Open but faltered over the final holes to finish 6th. He showed his consistency with a good fourth place in the Travelers Open last week. He T12 in this tournament last year but hadnt been in the same kind of form as this (18th US Open and 2 missed cuts prior to that). In better form now, he could have a say in this event.

Came back to form last month in the Memorial Tournament finishing 6th on -6 behind Tiger Woods. That was an improved effort on recent efforts. He sits 35th in the US Rankings at the moment, having not been at his best for a few years now. Nevertheless, his improved form in his last event offers a glimmer of hope for improvement and 46s is a big price if he can sustain the momentum.

NICK WATNEY + EW

Nick Watney has had a fantastic season to date but will want to put the disappointment of missing the Cut at the US Open behind him. He had a win and a second earlier on this season and has still maintained some good form recently with a T14 in the Memorial. He finished a creditable T36 in this last year when lower down the rankings. An improved showing this year would not surprise.

AARON BADDELEY + EW
by martinallen72
Aaron Baddeley has shown promise this season with respectable efforts in the Buick Invitational (T11) the Masters (T17) and the Players Championship (T9). A repeat of any of those efforts should see him fare well this week. He has made 10 cuts from 14 tournaments this season - not a bad average and his putting is his strong suit. Currently 94th in the FedEx Cup standings, he was as high as 6th 2 y ...
