Peter Ebdon Vs Ryan Day
(14/01 19:00) Peter Ebdon vs Ryan Day : Ryan Day Win @ 2.10 Snooker |
Ebdon and Day have only met once which was the semi final of 2007 malta cup, Day won 6-3. Ebdons record in the Masters is pretty poor, he did reach the semis in 2005 but Steve Davis and David Gray were the players he beat to get there. Ryan played well yesterday beating Barry Hawkins 6-2 and coming close to making a maximum. Small stakes on this but I really do fancy Days chances tonight. |

Ken The Dad May Play Bad
(15/01 13:30) Ken Doherty vs Mark J Williams : Mark J Williams Win @ 1.83 Snooker |
In the Head to heads over the last 5 years Williams leads 3-1, Doherty did win the last meeting 4-1 which was in the dreaded group matches in the Grand Prix, but that was the only match Doherty did win losing 4 out of 5 matches, since that he has also lost 5-1 to Gerard Greene in the 1st round of the NI trophy, and then 9-7 to Nigel Bond in the 1st round of the UK.
Williams also lost to Gerard Greene in the NI trophy, but showed signs of finding some form in the UK when he won 2 matches 9-3 against Ricky Walden and 9-5 against Mark Allen before losing to Stephen Maguire in the Quarter Final.
Doherty has recently become a Dad, which could possibly be a reason for the recent poor results for his standard.

3 Times In 3 Years For Lee
(16/01 18:00) Graeme Dott vs Stephen Lee : Stephen Lee Win @ 2.10 Snooker |
Lee leads 5-1 in previous matches between the two players, and has knocked Dott out of the Masters for the last 2 years, (6-5 QF 2006) (6-2 RD2 2007)
Dott did win the last meeting 5-4 which was in the Quarter final of the Shanghai Masters 2007. Since that Dott has not won a match he lost to Ryan Day in that Semi Final, lost all 5 matches in his group in the Grand Prix, lost in the 1st round to Mark Allen in the Northern Ireland trophy, and then lost 9-7 to Dave Harold in the UK.
Stephen Lees form is not a lot better to be honest, and I do think this match will go close, but I think Lee has the edge in this one with having a very good head to head performance against Dott, and having knocked him out here for the last 2 years. |

A Boring Draw?
(15/11 21:00) Ronnie OSullivan vs Neil Robertson : Draw Win @ 3.39 Snooker |
Well I doubt it will be be boring, but I do fancy a draw here. Ronnie has qualified for the semis of the Premier League, Robertson must win and also rely on other results to have any chance. Ronnie is strong favourite, but the head 2 heads are 2-2 so he has not had it all his own way and I expect a big effort from Robertson. |

Stalemate In Kidderminster
(15/11 19:30) John Higgins vs Ding Junhui : Draw Win @ 3.20 Snooker |
Ding Junhui has qualified for the semi final stage of the Premier League with 2 matches to spare, Higgins will need to beat Ding and Davis to qualify. I can see a big effort from Higgins here as he will fancy beating Davis next week, but Ding has been outstanding in this event this year. I think it is too close to call. |

Uruguay V Peru
(26/06 23:00) Uruguay v Peru : Uruguay Win @ 1.80 Copa America |
Uruguay at 1.8 to beat Peru seems a very good price indeed, Uruguay are 3rd in the outright betting market. They have won all 4 of their friendlies this season. They have 14 players playing in Europe and with Diego Folan as their main striker they should be too strong for Peru. |

Stephen Maguire Vs Joe Swail
(28/04 10:00) Stephen Maguire vs Joe Swail : Stephen Maguire Win @ 1.50 Snooker |
Stephen Maguire is coming back to form this season and has had some very good wins in the last few Tournaments, Joe should be full of confidence after beating Mark Williams, but Maguire plays a great all round game and over this long distance should get the better of Swail. |

Allister Carter Vs Andy Hicks
(26/04 19:00) Allister Carter vs Andy Hicks : Andy Hicks Win @ 2.75 Snooker |
I think Hicks can pull off a win here agaisnt Carter, he has been to the Crucible quite a few times now, and has played some of his best Snooker here, a former Semi Finalist, and lost 13-11 to Ronnie 3 years ago in the last 16. his last 2 visits he has lost to Matthew Stevens and Steve Davis, but this is a match I believe he can win. |

Matthew Stevens Vs Joe Delaney
(22/04 10:00) Matthew Stevens vs Joe Delaney : Matthew Stevens Win @ 1.25 Snooker |
Matthew has not played well at all this season, but he loves the crucible and usually does well.It will be the 1st time for Joe Delaney and he may struggle, so not a great price but should be a win here for Stevens |

John Higgins Vs Michael Holt
(21/04 10:00) John Higgins vs Michael Holt : John Higgins Win @ 1.29 Snooker |
I think this will be a very comfortable win for John Higgins, his all round match play should be too strong for Holt |
