Fulham are having a great season and Roy Hudgson has done a fantastic job with such a small squad of players.Roy Hudgson is the manager of the season for me.I wasnt surprised to see them win at home to Juventus but a 4-1 scoreline did shock me.They are strong at home where they have won 9, drawn 2 and lost 3.They are usually very tough to score against at home.I think they do face a tough task though here.Hudgson has got to get the players minds back on the league which can be tough after such a massive win.Man City were absolutely shocking in the first half of their game against Sunderland.They did improve a bit in the 2nd half though and grabbed an equaliser.They have not been very strong on the road and have conceded too many goals but i expect them to improve here.Wright-Philips, Bellamy and Tevez will be a handful for Fulham.Could be a close game but i think Man City will have enough to get the win.1-2

I think Blackburn can get something out of this one.They have been strong at home having won 8, drawn 4 and lost only 2.They can be tough to break down here having conceded only 12 goals.They also have some dangerous players in Dunn, NZonzi, Pederson and Kalinic.Chelsea have not been quite as strong on the road this season.They come into this game after suffering a defeat at the hands of their old Boss, knocking them out of Europe.That was a huge blow to the club and now Ancelotti must pick his men up and fight on.They are still without Cech and Cole though.I just think Blackburn will really dig in here and get a draw.1-1

As much as i want to see Man Utd win this, i really think Liverpool can get something.Man Utd have been superb at home, winning 13, drawing 1 and losing only 1.They have scored 42 goals and only conceded 8 here at Old Trafford.Liverpools season has not gone according to plan, however they are starting to look a little stronger.For a long time this season i have avoided watching Liverpool as they were playing really poorly but the last couple of games they have played some nice football.Torres has been a handful while Lucas has been playing well.Liverpool have given United a tough time recently having won their last three meetings against them.Ferdinand and Vidic have made United stronger at the back but Vidic has found this a tough tie to play in recently.He has not been able to handle Torres and has been sent off in their last three meetings.I think it will be a pretty close game this one and the draw looks the best bet to me.1-1

I have gone for Stoke here (see other blog) I think this will be a close low scoring game.Stoke are very tough to beat at home.They defend well but dont usually score many goals.Tottenham can sometimes look a little poor on the road without Lennon and Defoe.They do still have Kranjcar, Modric and Crouch that can be a handful but i cant see them having enough to score goals here.This is a tough place to visit without your main goal threat.Under 2.5 goals looks likely here.1-0

Stoke must be worth a bet here.They are strong at home where they have won 6, drawn 5 and lost only 4.They can be a tough nut to crack and with Fuller and sidibe upfront they will cause Tottenham problems.The visitors havnt been as strong away from home as they have at home.They are unbeaten in six games but can sometimes look a bit lacking without Lennon and Defoe.Stoke have lost just one of their last nine home games in all comps.They held Villa to a 0-0 draw here lto and have beaten Man City and Arsenal here.I think Stoke can get a win here.Im not sure about Spurs on the road without Defoe and Lennon.1-0 home win for me.

Everton have been playing some great football at home.They have won 8, drawn 5 and lost only 2 infront of their own fans.They were far too good for Hull in their last match here when beating them 5-1.They are looking for their seventh straight home win.Boltons away form this season has been poor with only 3wins, 3 draws and 9 defeats.They have however started to score goals and will be in high spirits after their 4-0 win over Wigan.Elmander is looking a danger and they also have Klasnic available.Lee can also be a handful.Everton are certainly going the stronger at the moment but i think if Bolton play to their potential they can get something from the game.Im going to go with the draw.1-1

Both are struggling and need the points.Wigan have won 4, drawn 5 and lost 6 at home.They have scored a poor 13 goals at home and although they got a big 1-0 win over Liverpool here, they have since lost 4-0 at Bolton and 2-1 here to Villa.Burnley are on a poor run of form.Their away record this season is shocking with no wins, 1 draw and 14 defeats.They have had trouble scoring goals recently and lost 2-1 at home to Wolves lto which was a shocking result.It is difficult to know which Wigan will turn up but im going to side with them to get the win today.Rodallega, NZogbia and McCarthy etc should cause a few problems for Burnleys poor defence.2-1

I fancy Sunderland here.They ended a poor run when brushing aside bolton 4-0 here.They played well when very nearly beating Man City here lto but couldnt quite hold on for all three points.Bent and Jones are a real handful upfront while Richardson and Campbell cause problems from midfield.Birminghams success this season has been down to their defence.They can be really tough to beat but they have been beatable away from home and recently they have leaked goals.Sunderland have won 6, drawn 7 and lost only 2 at home and i can see them winning this one.2-1

Im not that keen on betting on these lunch time kick offs but i quite like the look of this one.Wolves are not an easy team to play against and they can spring a surprise now and again.However i think Villa will have enough to win this by at least two goals.They are strong at home with 7 wins, 5 draws and only 2 defeats.They have a rock solid defence and upfront they have Young, Milner, Downing and Heskey.Agbonlahor suffered an injury against Wigan so Carew may have to start in his place.Wolves will be pleased if they dont have to deal with Agbonlahors pace but they will still have alot of work to do to stop Milner, Young etc.Home win for me. 2-0

Horse Racing

I think we all know that two that should battle this one out.The two stablemates go head to head for the 3rd time.Kauto Star has taken the crown that last twice they have met but im going to side with Denman today.Firstly, these are two greats but at the prices here id much rather be with Denman.It was a bit of a worry to see him blunder and unseat his rider lto in his prep race but at his best he is such a great jumper and should give Kauto a tough race.Ruby Walsh has jumped on board the favourite which and has attracted alot of support however i am happy to stick with Denman and McCoy here at 5/1. It looks as though the rest will be fighting out 3rd place.Calgary Bay is a big price but looked much more like himself lto.This is obviously to tough to win but if at his best will challenge for a place.DENMAM TO WIN IT FOR ME!
