Andy Roddick will play Roger Federer in the US Open final after both men won their semi finals at Flushing Meadows.

At around 2130BST Federer will continue his bid to become the first player since Ivan Lendl in 1987 to complete a hat-trick of US Open titles.

Federer has an impressive 10-1 winning record against Roddick, including victories in two Wimbledon finals. As short as 1/10 in the outright betting, the value bet could be in the set betting. Federer to win 3-0 is just a shade of odds on and 3-1 is around 5/2.
