The Draw
The draw at Euro 08 is predetermined so some teams are going to meet each other before the final even if you think they are the best two sides in the tournament.
Portugal would be expected to beat whoever they face in the quarter finals and you would think Germany can beat either Switzerland or Czech republic. Italy should cruise past Sweden or Greece and whilst the last of the quarter finals could be tight, Spain should have more cutting edge than the team they end up facing.
Many will fancy Germany to overcome Portugal if that turns out to be the first semi final but if Portugal can take care of Miroslav Klose then they could take care of Germany. The likes of Ronaldo and Simao are going to cause the Germans problems and Portugal could edge it.
A really tough game to call. Italy will look to defend first and pick up a goal where they can and Spain's chances may depend on their tactics. If they attack Italy then they could struggle to cope with Villa and Torres and a goal will really ruffle Italy's feathers. Slight preference is for Spain although it is no certainty.

The most likely final is probably Portugal v Spain but it is worth having a saver on Portugal to face Italy as the second semi final is tremendously difficult to call. Both outcomes are very backable prices.
