PLEASE READ BELOW:
NEW RULE: In order to play the OLBG S.H.O.E. Tournaments, you must first be a registered OLBG member, you are not allowed to join the tournaments until you are a registered member of OLBG. Anyone found to be listed as registered for the current tournament without having registered with OLBG first will be removed from the tournament immediately
Distribution of the password to non OLBG members is not allowed and will effect your ability to join future tournaments.
TO ALL 1ST TIME PLAYERS:
I must demand that you post your Ladbrokes Poker username on the latest OLBG S.H.O.E. thread before buying into your first tournament.
I cannot stress this enough. Failure to comply with this reasonable request will effect your ability to join future tournaments. This is the first of five threads in a series.
Registration is open for Tuesdays tournament, please support this worthy cause
Same format as before:

Start Time: Tuesday 27th February 2007, 8:35pm
Game Type: Omaha Hi Pot Limit
Tournament Type: Multi Table Tournament
Tournament Name: OLBG SHOE RD3

Max Players: 200
Buy in: $3 +$.30
Prize Pool: Increases as people join
PRIZE PAYOUT:
This is determined by how many people enter:
1-30 people = 1st-3rd share money
31-50 people = 1st-5th
51-150 people = 1st-10th
151-200 people = 1st-20th
HOW DO I JOIN?:
To join in you must first have a real money Ladbrokes Poker.com account. It's very easy to set up:
Just go to http://www.Ladbrokes Poker.com/
Click the big "DOWNLOAD NOW" button
Once Downloaded, double click the "Ladbrokes.exe"
The rest is straight forward.
(Have credit/debit card details ready)
WHERE CAN I FIND THE TOURNAMENT?:
Once logged into Ladbrokes Poker.com, simply click the PRIVATE tab, then look for the table named "OLBG SHOE RD3", you will need $3.30 to enter.
CAN WE HELP?
All I would ask:
Once you buy in, post a reply on the weekly thread stating your Ladbrokes poker name.
I will collect them up, and add them to the "OLBG List of Players" thread.

I'm sure we all wish Rik a very safe journey and enjoyable stay in the holy land, Las Vegas  I'm looking forward to the stories already and I will update you if I recieve any communications from him while he's on his hols.
So come on forum members, let's make this leg of the OLBG SHOE tournament the best yet!

He's back
Fantastic time away, the three nights cost me nothing, got to celebrate my 21st in Vegas and came back with a nice profit from the Caesars Palace and Binions poker rooms.
So here's the deal, I'll tell all the stories tonight in the SHOE tournament, want to know why the guy won the Poker Dome 6 seater I was reserve for without seeing a showdown and exactly how easy it can be to take chips from American trout on the tables.

Not had time to post in what seems like ages since Tuesday's Round 3 tournament and a few things have come to light since then.
I will update the results and leaderboard etc. when my man Woody makes me a new thread for round 4 but what is going to happen as Ladbrokes dont allow Seven Stud HiLo as a variation.
Solution:
As the E in both SHOE and HORSE tournaments stands for Eights or better I have made the new tournament an Omaha HiLo eights or better.

You could have told me about the change in plans matey!  I PM'd you earlier saying once you have updated the RD3 thread I can close it and create the next one on your behalf, I was going on the basis that you were going to put the round 3 update in the round 3 thread cos that's what you've done for the previous 2 tournies.
I'm only to happy to oblige whichever way you want it done matey I will go on the basis that you are putting the round 3 writeup in this thread, and then I will create the 4th thread, unless you tell me otherwise!
