|
|
Hi Guys,
Now is the time for the OLBG poker players to step up to the plate. We have been invited to take on a mixture of other Poker sites and we need your support.
Paddy Power today announces the Battle Of The Sites (B.O.T.S.) promotion, in which 14 leading poker websites will compete for prizes worth more than $15,000 during August and September.
Each website’s readers will have the opportunity to play in website-specific tournaments with $300 added by Paddy Power to each prizepool.
The winner of each of the Round 1 tournaments will represent their designated website in the Grand Final tournament in September, with more than $10,000 in cash and prizes added by paddypowerpoker.com.
“B.O.T.S. will pit some of the leading poker websites against each other and we’ll have a bag of popcorn in hand watching it all go down!” said Paddy Power, Communications Manager for paddypowerpoker.com.
“With the winning player taking down a package to the 2009 Irish Open and 2nd place winning an Irish Winter Festival package, there’s a lot more to play for than just pride!”
The OLBG $300 added tourney takes place on Monday, August 18th at 8pm. The winner of which will represent OLBG in the grand final against the winners from these sites

Just registered for the BOTS tournament, the $300 prize pool is pretty inviting seeing as it only cost $5 to enter, what's even more inviting is the fact that there are not a huge number of rivals. There's 13 sites involved and currently just 32 players, ourselves included, that are registered.
All you have to do is win the OLBG $300 tournament on 18th August and you are in the grand final!
In the BOTS grand final there's a chance to win a 7k package (1st prize), a 3.5k package (2nd), $1k (3rd), $800 (4th), $600 (5th), $400 (6th) and $200 (7th).
So the eventual winner of the OLBG BOTS $300 MTT has a 7 in 13 chance of scooping a significant prize (plus you will already have won $175 for winning the OLBG BOTS $300 MTT). Even if you don't qualify for the next round, there's still $105 and $70 on offer for 2nd and 3rd place respectively.
That's incredible value for a $5 outlay _________________ Don't worry, we've got Neil Warnock! |
