Hi Guys,
I have just been mailed a link to Tradefair, that is Betfair's Financial Trading Spread Betting site. I understand the buy/sell and long/short bit but there is a whole other side to it.
I would be grateful if someone could write a laymans guide to financial spread betting.

Alfie,
Ingredients
4 x 170g/6oz swordfish, shark or tuna steaks, fresh or defrosted
juice of half a lime
150ml/5fl oz honey and mustard marinade
dash Tabasco sauce
Method
1. Preheat the grill or barbecue.
2. Place the steaks into a bowl and pour over the lime juice.
3. Combine the marinade and the Tabasco sauce and spread evenly over the steaks. Cover and leave in a cool place for about 1 hour.
4. Place onto a prepared grill or barbecue and cook for 5 minutes, basting occasionally with any remaining marinade mixture.
5. Turn the steaks over, and continue to cook for a further 5-7 minutes. Serve with boiled rice.
