Stamina;

I personally like the look of JB Holmes for top debutant... what are your thoughts on him?

What about Stuart Appleby who is at 100/1. Came very close last year and has been playing well of late.

Whats the footage of the Masters like? Surely it cant just be from 9 to 12 on BBC 2 as stated can it? Thats really poor coverage if I ever saw one especially considering most players will have finished by 9 so it will be mainly highlights of the day.

Richardmcfc;

The coverage begins at 9pm on BBC2, then at 10.30pm switches to BBC1. However, you can watch coverage on BBC i-player, listen to it on radio 5 live and/or "press your red button", to wath coverage. (I think this is limited to Amen corner though..)

the coverage is dictated by the club, not the tv company... they used to only be allowed 2 hrs per day max and that was delayed etc...

Well it looks like the weather is going to be a factor afterall so the big hitter will be the guys to look out for. Forecast is for heavy rain on Friday and rain Saturday aswell. Looks like its going to suit Tiger.

My picks for the weekend are all EW.

L. Donald 50/1
A. Baddeley 80/1
J.B Holmes 150/1
A. Romero 100/1
T. Clarke 80/1

Gaffer, I'm on small Each Way bets with Holmes and Baddeley myself... with a sizeable Each Way wager on Harrington! Looking forward to it - currently watching coverage of the AMEN Corner on digital.

A hole-in-one is 23/15 with Pinnacle... always a chance and especially on day 4 when the 16th pin is at the bottom of the slope...

well... it came a bit earlier than I thought...POULTER bagged an ACE at the 16th today Laughing Laughing

Thx Gecko, backed that 1 Very Happy

Solid Lonard round and he standing at -1 he´s got a fair chance of making the cut.
Clark - Ollie looks good as well.

I have £5 EW on Furyk and Jimenez and £10 on Mickleson to win so its not looking too bad at the moment but im very disapointed with Angel-Jimenez who is +5 at the moment Lose I still think Tiger will win it but hes not worth backing at such low odds unless your going in heavy.

I took Rose w/o Tiger bet at 20/1 before it all started. He might have peaked to soon! Do many Day1 leaders win a major (other than Tiger?)

But now it's all started i'm looking to trade a bit (small stuff as learning) on Betfair. Is Tiger at 3.00 now backable? Last year i just sat watching Betfair & it all moves so much when birdies or bogeys go in. I expect Tiger to be up there last day so i'm thinking this is possibly the longest he might go now?
