The Tournament
The Royal London Watches Grand Prix at the Aberdeen Exhibition and Conference Centre, 21st-29th October 2006.
The tournament has a new format to it this year, with the last 48 players playing in 8 groups of 6. In each group the 6 players play eachother best of 5 frames, with the winner and runner up from each group going through to the last 16 and the tournament then becomes a knockout event. (see the full draw below)

The Challenge
In the Challenge you need to select 2 players from each group who you think will qualify to the last 16 stage, you will need to select 2 players as your outright picks, also you will need to predict the final score and the highest break of the tournament.
Points will be awarded for all your selections (see below)
The tipster with the most points will be the Winner! Laughing

(Unfortunately due to the weird and wonderful format you may end up with both your outright picks in the same half of the draw after the group stages, but as the saying goes "thats the luck of the draw")

* Only One Entry per Tipster
* In the event of a tie the tipster who selected the most group winners will be the Winner. If there is still a tie then prize monies will be shared.
* Closing date for entries is Midnight Friday 20th Oct.

Just a note a a tip if you like: JUDD TRUMP will be world champion, i watched him knock in regular century breaks as a 10,11,12 year old, he has the same natural talent as Ronnie o Sullivan. Keep your eyes out for him!
