free state cheetahs - 12.5 at 1.9 to beat golden lions. cheetahs really have been the team to beat all throughout the competition, hard fought victory over the blue bulls sees them in the final. lions are a good side dispaching natal in the semis but they do lack the experience of free state in the big games. this is a big game, reportedly sold out with a probable jubilant crowd after the boks world cup triumph. cheetahs joint winners last year will be looking to go one better, their squad is experienced on this stage over last few years in opposition the the lions squad. as for the handicap, as all finals this will be a tight game probably for 60 minutes but both sides do favour opening up the play when necessary. when something has to give i think the cheetahs will take advantage and cover the handicap, something they have been rewarding punters with throughout most of the campaign . both sides are adept at running the ball but the cheetahs do have the stronger pack, and in a tight game this may well swing it. it is live on sky around 3pm i think, should be a good game.
