the new super league season is back and kicks off tonight at 6 on ss2 as defending champions leeds take on hull kr. the rhinos are 10/11 with a -14 point handicap and should be taken
hull kr have strenghthened (dont have time to go into great detail today), but leeds will be raring to kick off the new season with style at home. all the best
this season should be one of the most competetive ever, warrington have strenghtened with some top quality players and the usual suspects are all looking very strong.. should be a great year _________________ top rugby tipster april 2007 |

Finally rugby league is back
Warrington v Hull FC
The new season hasn't even started yet for most teams and already Hull have a big injury crisis, they have atleast 6 or 7 key players missing due to injury and may be forced to play some youngsters for this game,Warrington on the other hand have almost everyone fit and im confident Lee Briers will have a good game as always and lead his side to what could be a comfortable victory.
Warrington -8 10/11.
Huddersfield v Leeds
Leeds beat Hull KR in their first match so they will be full of confidence going into this game,Huddersfield may need to shake off a few cobwebs in the opening game so that should play into the Rhinos hands.
The handicap is still too low i think so Leeds Rhinos -6 10/11 is the obvious choice.
Harlequins v Wigan
Harlequins have lost some key players in the off season and have not signed anyone of real quality,in my opinion they dont have a real threat in any position so they will struggle this season,Wigan have kept a good squad and made some good signings, they will have a big season this year and should challenge for honours.
Due to the world class quality Wigan have i must go with Wigan -6 10/11.
Hull KR v St Helens
Webster had an amaing game for KR against Leeds which almost gave them a shock win but it wasn't to be, St Helens have the world class players and i have a feeling they will win this game by 16-20 points or so.
St Helens -10 11/10. _________________ 2nd Overall Copa America Challenge 2007 |

More injury worries for Hull FC:
Captain Lee Radford(Broken Thumb),Richard Whiting(Broken Arm),Gareth Raynor(hamstring),Richard Horne(foot ),Kirk Yeamen(shoulder).
There are also doubts over Shaun Berrigan,Ewan Dowes,Matt Sing,Motu Tony and Adam Dykes.
For people on here that may not know too much about Rugby League that injury list is shocking, every single one of those injured players would probably start for Hull, all the more reason to back Warrington -8 while you can _________________ 2nd Overall Copa America Challenge 2007 |

saint helens -10, warrington -8 and wigan -6 treble cant agree more with everything that matty has written. friday night super league is back! (cue the music )
both saints and wigan should have way too much for the opposition. the banker is warrington for me. they have made some of the most astute signings and could be the shock challengers this year. even if hull were full strength i would be backing them, but with the list of injuries described by matty it makes even more sense.
im not too certain about leeds to be hoest though. on paper they should win and the previous match should have sharpened them up, but they were there for the taking last saturday. i'll pass on that one, however as usual all the best. _________________ top rugby tipster april 2007 |

| Going to go with what everyone has said on my team Warrington Wolves -8 for me. Last season they had a reputation for letting me down on Super league bets but they have recruited well and should go well this year. With Hulls injury problems I would probably be backing any team that played them and I think Warrington can well and truely capatalise. Is there any market for an alternative handicap of more than - 8? |

I managed to snap up 6's for Les Catalans to win against Castlefield, when it was at half time with the Tigers winning by around 8. It was a crazy price for two teams that will be pretty evenly matched this year.
Onto Tommorow, and I like the look of Huddersfield + 8 against Leeds. The giants have recruited well and can build on last years great form. Leeds didnt look too convincing against Hull KR last week and their mind could well be on the Challenge final in a few weeks. |

Wakefield v Bradford Over 42.5 points
Whenever these 2 sides play each other its always a high scoring game, both teams love playing free flowing attacking rugby and i think its fair to say neither side has a solid defence so we should see plenty of points here.
As a Bradford fan i hope we beat Wakefield aslong as theres over 42.5 pointsin the game _________________ 2nd Overall Copa America Challenge 2007 |
