G'Day cobbers. I'm hoping for a bonzer morning on the NRL though as a pommie I know very little about it. I thought since my Sheila made me watch Aussie ladette to lady the other day I might as well make some money from the crossover (I'll stop with the rubbish stereotypes now ).
I've been doing a little research after reading a bettingzone preview (Bettingzone preview) and I think the Bulldogs look a great bet against the Panthers. Apparently the Bulldogs have been playing very well recently and are joint top of the league, where as the Panthers have lost 2 of their last 3. The biggest reason for my fancy is that the Panthers miss 3 of their biggest players Lewis, Jennings and Civoniceva (plus others), yet the Bulldogs are at almost full strength.
My pick therefore is Canterbury Bulldogs to be winning at half time and fulltime @ 1.67 (Boylesports) and I'm hoping it'll be a fair dinkum winner, though only small stakes just for interest.
