PLEASE READ BELOW:

NEW RULE: In order to play the OLBG Thursday Night Poker tournaments, you must first be a registered OLBG member, you are not allowed to join the tournaments until you are a registered member of OLBG. Anyone found to be listed as registered for the current tournament without having registered with OLBG first will be removed from the tournament immediately

Distribution of the password to non OLBG members is not allowed and will effect your ability to join future tournaments.

TO ALL 1ST TIME PLAYERS:

I must demand that you post your Ladbrokes Poker screen name on the latest thread in the OLBG Poker Nights Forum before buying into your first tournament.

I cannot stress this enough. Failure to comply with this reasonable request will effect your ability to join future tournaments.


Hello, to the OLBG community. Well done to Tomario, our new champion who took home $45, 2nd place went to Quasi recieving $27 and 3rd place went to Bonak paying $18.

Game Type: No Limit Texas Holdem
Tournament Type: Multi Table Tournament
Tournament Name: OLBG Thursday Night Poker

Max Players: 200
Buy in: $5 +$.5
Prize Pool: Increases as people join

PRIZE PAYOUT:
This is determined by how many people enter:

1-30 people = 1st-3rd share money
31-50 people = 1st-5th
51-150 people = 1st-10th
151-200 people = 1st-20th



HOW DO I JOIN?:

To join in you must first have a real money Ladbrokes Poker account. It's very easy to set up:

Just click here - Ladbrokes
Click the "Poker" button and then click on the "Download Now" button
Once Downloaded, double click the "Setup_LadbrokesPoker.exe" file and follow the on screen instructions
The rest is straight forward.
(Have credit/debit card details ready)


WHERE CAN I FIND THE TOURNAMENT?:

Once logged into Ladbrokes Poker, simply click the "PRIVATE" tab, then select "Multi Table Tournaments" and look for the table named "OLBG Thursday Night Poker", you will need $5.50 to enter.

All I would ask:

Once you buy in, post a reply on this thread stating your Ladbrokes Poker name.
I will collect them up, and add them to the "OLBG List of Players" thread.

Another casual turnout brought life into the new week, we welcomed a new superhero into our ranks only for him to beat us up on the poker table, there were teeth flying across the room and drinks getting knocked over everywhere, I really do feel sorry for Vicky who has to clear this mess up, you should be ashamed of yourselfves!

Congrats to Tomario, our newest OLBG Poker debutante, for winning last nights main event; he did'nt say much but he let his cardplaying skills do all the talking...and he certainly spoke volumes last night! It was a most impressive debut and no doubt he will be watched closely by the shrewdies at BetWoody for signs of a potential champion in the making. Superb display Super TMario

Quasi, spurned on by his missus smashing up his favourite drinking glass in a deep rage after being knocked out of the main event, sought recompense from his fellow pokerheads and vented his anger by taking down pot after pot; I only hope their glassware stays intact next Thursday otherwise it could spell more punishment for the rest of us! Job well done Mr Q

Bonak Shed was his ever consistent self, he is constantly making the money and last night saw him notch up yet another cash on the OLBG Poker circuit; if this were the WSOP, he would most definitely play the role of TJ Cloutier. Bonak eases his way into 4th spot on the leaderboard, sure I know it's early days but when I think of Bonak and the 2008 leaderboard, I'm reminded of the wise words once said by the famous 90's singer called Yazz when she sang "The only way is up". Watch this space. Nicely done Mr B

Mrs Q has been punished for her mishandling of my possessions I only had to show her the vacuum cleaner and the iron and she collapsed in a heap.She is currently in the insensitive care unit at the Quasi sanitorium,the Dr. is not certain that she will be fit enough to join us on Thurs. so I hope you will join me in wishing her well
