NEW RULE: In order to play the OLBG Thursday Night Poker tournaments, you must first be a registered OLBG member, you are not allowed to join the tournaments until you are a registered member of OLBG. Anyone found to be listed as registered for the current tournament without having registered with OLBG first will be removed from the tournament immediately

Distribution of the password to non OLBG members is not allowed and will effect your ability to join future tournaments.

TO ALL 1ST TIME PLAYERS:

I must demand that you post your Ladbrokes Poker screen name on the latest thread in the OLBG Poker Nights Forum before buying into your first tournament.

I cannot stress this enough. Failure to comply with this reasonable request will effect your ability to join future tournaments.


Hello, to the OLBG community. Well done to Gruffe, our new champion who took home $42.50, 2nd place went to Holywood recieving $25.50 and 3rd place went to Rounder paying $17.

Buy in: $5 +$.5
Prize Pool: Increases as people join

PRIZE PAYOUT:
This is determined by how many people enter:

1-30 people = 1st-3rd share money
31-50 people = 1st-5th
51-150 people = 1st-10th
151-200 people = 1st-20th



HOW DO I JOIN?:

To join in you must first have a real money Ladbrokes Poker account. It's very easy to set up:

Just click here - Ladbrokes
Click the "Poker" button and then click on the "Download Now" button
Once Downloaded, double click the "Setup_LadbrokesPoker.exe" file and follow the on screen instructions
The rest is straight forward.
(Have credit/debit card details ready)


WHERE CAN I FIND THE TOURNAMENT?:

Once logged into Ladbrokes Poker, simply click the "PRIVATE" tab, then select "Multi Table Tournaments" and look for the table named "OLBG Thursday Night Poker", you will need $5.50 to enter.

All I would ask:

Once you buy in, post a reply on this thread stating your Ladbrokes Poker name.
I will collect them up, and add them to the "OLBG List of Players" thread.

Apologies on the lateness of the thread, yesterday got messy and I don't mean I spilled chilli sauce on my Palace shirt, although it seems I did'nt get all the kebab successfully into my mouth either. Monday was no different as the OLBG Poker Den saw plenty of fireworks as usual, 17 superheroes had their retina scanned and superhero passports stamped, a number of you now have enough OLBG frequent flyer miles to do a Carribean cruise. EasyWoody now do cruises by the way.

Congrats to Gruffe for winning Monday nights main event, this puts him firmly back into the mix for the 2008 title. I know it's early days yet, but it can be very hard to peg back the front pack from off the pace nowadays, such is the fierce pace of these tournaments nowadays. Gruffe showed he still has what it takes to pummel us into submission, he did it with style and panache on Monday night and should be feared in future tournies for sure. Nicely done Gruffykins

Hollywood seems to be involved at the business end of the main event more and more these days, he is certainly showing us all a side of him that screams 2008 champion in the making. Always a gentleman at the tables and deadly with his use of poker skills, he charmed his way into our hearts and then proceeded to pillage our chipstacks! He now sits at the top of the 2008 leaderboard and will certainly take some stopping if he maintains his impressive form we've seen from him so far. Superb performance Holly

Rounder is another fearless superhero, never phased by the bright lights and intensity of the main event, he always gives a good account of himself and Monday night was no different. He scoops his share of the spoils for this well deserved effort. Job well done Rounder

The last 3 times I've played I havn't been able to see any chat on the final table has anyone else had any problems or know what I'm doing to block it, I've been using the new 3D if that's any help,
