17 superheroes brought their napkins and appatites to tuck into uncle woodys pizzafest, there were only 8 slices to share between us all, so while we were left to feel unfulfilled on that front, the poker left us satisfied as we stuffed ourselves with oodles of banter and sportsmanship.

Congrats to Tunny for winning last nights main event, he started the night by flopping quads and never looked back from there, he used his padded stack well by folding when he felt he was beat and putting the opposition to the test when he felt he was infront, he made a number of decent laydowns that protected his stack from dwinling by too much and arguably coasted into the money. He performed well at the business end, changing gears in a controlled manner, it was a rather good display in my humblest. Nicely done Tunny Cool

Fozy has placed on a number of occasions since he joined us late last year, he continues to improve everytime I see him play and I'm certain he will be lifting a main event trophy if he continues to play the way he has; this effort sees him break into the top 10 and with further decent performances in the locker he will most likely be moving up the ladder plenty more in the remaining months to come. Top nothc play Fozy Win

Bonak Shed has suffered horribly with bubblitis this year but it should be noted that sheddy is raising his game and the poker gods are cutting him some slack as his 4ths are now 3rds, soon to be 2nds and 1sts no doubt! Superb play BS Win

Many thanks to all who played in the main event and after party Kiss (Thanks Very Much!)

The OLBG Poker leaderboard has been updated

Mondays tournament is open for registration, support the cause! Very Happy

Laughing no probs Fozy old lad me and Gruffe deciced you must of been using a braile mouse and screen coz you kept ignoring us Cheeky

Well done to all who took part last night even you Hollywood, plz let me explain my actions when you went out

i limped for 20 chips ,a couple others did the same, you put in a 100 chip raise, you was called twice, the action came to me i was holding rodger doger 10-4 diamonds, it was 80 more chips for me to see a flop for a pot worth about 400 chips, it wasnt my fault the flop came down 4-4-4, so when i put in a 3 quater pot bet why go all in with kings, that play baffled me, so plz dont give me grief how i fished the pot, coz any other decent player would do the same pre flop, it was just lucky i hit it big time.

So from where i was sitting it was what the pros call a value call Kiss (Thanks Very Much!)

Anyway dry yer eyes im sure you will bounce back Cheeky

Not just that, but you had around 75 big blinds in your stack, so making a deepstack call is reasonable, the minute I saw you had 104 I thought it was a typical deepstack play, the implied odds were quite big what with holly having a monster and if you hit a big hand you may win his whole stack. Holly had no right to question your play in my humblest, you have to expect such things to happen, it's a valid part of deepstack strategy.
