PLEASE READ BELOW:

NEW RULE: In order to play the OLBG Thursday Night Poker tournaments, you must first be a registered OLBG member, you are not allowed to join the tournaments until you are a registered member of OLBG. Anyone found to be listed as registered for the current tournament without having registered with OLBG first will be removed from the tournament immediately

Distribution of the password to non OLBG members is not allowed and will effect your ability to join future tournaments.

TO ALL 1ST TIME PLAYERS:

I must demand that you post your Ladbrokes Poker screen name on the latest thread in the OLBG Poker Nights Forum before buying into your first tournament.

I cannot stress this enough. Failure to comply with this reasonable request will effect your ability to join future tournaments.

Hello, to the OLBG community. Well done to Gooner, our new champion who took home $27.50, 2nd place went to Gruffe recieving $16.50 and 3rd place went to Amy paying $11.

Thursdays format:

Venue: Ladbrokes Poker
Start Time: Every Thursday, 8:35pm
Game Type: No Limit Texas Holdem
Tournament Type: Multi Table Tournament
Tournament Name: OLBG Thursday Night Poker

Max Players: 200
Buy in: $5 +$.5
Prize Pool: Increases as people join

PRIZE PAYOUT:
This is determined by how many people enter:

1-30 people = 1st-3rd share money
31-50 people = 1st-5th
51-150 people = 1st-10th
151-200 people = 1st-20th

HOW DO I JOIN?:

To join in you must first have a real money Ladbrokes Poker account. It's very easy to set up:

Just click here - Ladbrokes
Click the "Poker" button and then click on the "Download Now" button
Once Downloaded, double click the "Setup_LadbrokesPoker.exe" file and follow the on screen instructions
The rest is straight forward.
(Have credit/debit card details ready)

WHERE CAN I FIND THE TOURNAMENT?:

Once logged into Ladbrokes Poker, simply click the "PRIVATE" tab, then select "Multi Table Tournaments" and look for the table named "OLBG Thursday Night Poker", you will need $5.50 to enter.

CAN WE HELP?

All I would ask:

Once you buy in, post a reply on this thread stating your Ladbrokes Poker name.
I will collect them up, and add them to the "OLBG List of Players" thread.

A full table +1 of superheroes pitted their poker skills against each other, the numbers may be dwindling somewhat but on the bright side, we now have the perfect amount to start a football team!

Congrats to Gooner AKA Mandy who was playing from Nans account last night, she may support a questionable football team but nobody can question the courage and skill she showed last night on her way to securing her 2nd title of the year and 7th all time main event win. Superb Display Gooner Cool

Gruffe put up yet another mean performance whilst snatching 2nd place on the 2008 leaderboard in the process, BetWoody have shortened his odds drastically due to a huge influx of money for him overnight; he continues to chip away at my lead and I'm now starting to sweat a little...stop playing so blooming well Gruffykins! Top notch performance Gruffe Win

Amy ensured the girlies took home the lions share of the spoils with an assured effort that gave everyone a taste of what her game is all about, reading her opponents like an open book and vast reserves of courage, she used all assetts to great effect last night and was well deserving of reward. Nicely done Amy Win

Just to let you guys and gals know, there are a limited number of tickets still left for the OLBG get together being hosted at Villa Park on Saturday 3rd May.

You will be able to meet fellow OLBG members, watch the Villa vs Wigan game for free in a superbox, where lunch will be served.

If that is'nt enough, we are having a poker tournament after the game with prizes being given away for top finishers.

If you want to join us for what promises to be a memorable day out, make a post on this thread and I will help organise getting the tickets sent out to you Kiss (Thanks Very Much!)
