13 superheroes turned up to wish yours truly all the best before embarking on what promises to be one hell of a weekend, I'm directing a live tournament tonight on behalf of a close mate and then it's up early on Saturday to drive up to Hull from Brigthon for the Hull vs Palace match. Even though Hollywood did'nt play with us last night, his stench remains in our nostrils.
Congrats to Burfoot for securing his 2nd OLBG Poker title last night, he was solid throughout and punished his opponents thoroughly; BF now has a number of creditable efforts to his name, being the reigning SHOE champion, he must be seen as a superhero with huge potential to become one of our very best, mark my words. Top notch play BF
The old OLBG Poker veteran Gutshot wheeled out the big cannons and fired at will at his opponents, his consistency is truly remarkable as I rarely see him give a performance short of outstanding and last night was no different. Superb play Gutsy
Rik, another of the old skool superheroes gave an excellent account of himself, he truly is a dangerous player and one who is very tough to eliminate; he worked his magic last night and got his share of the spoils accordingly. Nicely done Rik
Many thanks to all who played in the main event and after party
The OLBG Poker leaderboard has been updated
Mondays tournament is open for registration, support the cause! _________________ Don't worry, we've got Neil Warnock! |

Just to clarify, what type of poker do you play and is it always on Ladbrokes poker or do you move around to different sites?
Also which day do you play, I'm always interested in a game of Hold'em! |

Hi Gingerzola!
Yeah we play no limit texas hold-em on Ladbrokes every Monday and Thursday at 8.35pm. Woody's 1st post on this thread details everything you need to know and joining instructions for the game. |
