PLEASE READ BELOW:

NEW RULE: In order to play the OLBG Thursday Night Poker tournaments, you must first be a registered OLBG member, you are not allowed to join the tournaments until you are a registered member of OLBG. Anyone found to be listed as registered for the current tournament without having registered with OLBG first will be removed from the tournament immediately

Distribution of the password to non OLBG members is not allowed and will effect your ability to join future tournaments.

TO ALL 1ST TIME PLAYERS:

I must demand that you post your Ladbrokes Poker screen name on the latest thread in the OLBG Poker Nights Forum before buying into your first tournament.

I cannot stress this enough. Failure to comply with this reasonable request will effect your ability to join future tournaments.

Hello, to the OLBG community. Well done to PoohBear, our new champion who took home $32.50, 2nd place went to Burfoot recieving $19.50 and 3rd place went to Hollywood paying $13.

Thursdays format:

Venue: Ladbrokes Poker
Start Time: Every Thursday, 8:35pm
Game Type: No Limit Texas Holdem
Tournament Type: Multi Table Tournament
Tournament Name: OLBG Thursday Night Poker

Max Players: 200
Buy in: $5 +$.5
Prize Pool: Increases as people join

PRIZE PAYOUT:
This is determined by how many people enter:

1-30 people = 1st-3rd share money
31-50 people = 1st-5th
51-150 people = 1st-10th
151-200 people = 1st-20th

HOW DO I JOIN?:

To join in you must first have a real money Ladbrokes Poker account. It's very easy to set up:

Just click here - Ladbrokes
Click the "Poker" button and then click on the "Download Now" button
Once Downloaded, double click the "Setup_LadbrokesPoker.exe" file and follow the on screen instructions
The rest is straight forward.
(Have credit/debit card details ready)

WHERE CAN I FIND THE TOURNAMENT?:

Once logged into Ladbrokes Poker, simply click the "PRIVATE" tab, then select "Multi Table Tournaments" and look for the table named "OLBG Thursday Night Poker", you will need $5.50 to enter.

CAN WE HELP?

All I would ask:

Once you buy in, post a reply on this thread stating your Ladbrokes Poker name.
I will collect them up, and add them to the "OLBG List of Players" thread.

13 superheroes entered the main event, but one lamb went astray and was'nt able to attend, he apologises stating that his beloved Palace getting into the playoffs was a good enough excuse to go on an almighty bender that he's still suffering the effects of. He can't wait to see you all on Thursday and he's definitely not going to miss our 300th game, which is next week by the way, as is the 3 year anniversary; as always, all OLBG members new and old are invited to join the celebrations.

Congrats to PoohBear for securing her first OLBG Poker title, the first of many I'm sure. Also well played to Burfoot and Holly for making the money, both class acts.

Many thanks to all who played in the main event and after party Kiss (Thanks Very Much!)

i think jww deserves a special shout for coming 6th with out too much thought Cool

wasnt so good in the 1 afters game I played when i went out first followed shortly thereafter by pooh Embarassed

Im supposed to be backshift this Thursday, but hopefully I'll get a flyer or something and make the game. Apologies if Im late etc (wonder if I could beat 6th if I dont make it? Wink

)

They certainly have been updated Holly...although I did have to check, what with me being a complete forgetful freddy!

PB got her 1st win, she's on 10 points, BF got 8 points and I was going to give you -100 but the blooming system will only let me give you points, so I stuck to the traditional 6 points which puts you on 68.

I can delete the points accrued on Monday if you want to see how the leaderboard stood before Mondays game, and then add them back on. Just say the word my smelly friend and I will do it Kiss (Thanks Very Much!)

The man hollywood goes by the name hollywood6. Leaderboard shows a hollywood6 starting to produce a challenge to your good self. now a man hollywood has entered the race with 6 points accumulated.

Oh Dear oh dear oh dear!

My mistake, it must be my subconscious trying to opress Holly. Can you keep an eye out on this because I have a feeling I've done this before to another superhero! The problem I have is I use autofill which means I type H on the leaderboard setup and it lists all the players I've entered in the past that start with the letter H; I now have a Hollywood and a Hollywood6 on that list so it could happen again in a moment of drunkenness, I'll try my best to check everytime nevertheless. Anyway, apologies for messing it up Holly, good spot rounder, the mistake has been rectified; please feel free to razz me about this forevermore Cheeky

now h/w is only 10 points behind him and in 2nd
i ask how this is possible when 1st is 10 and so on??
