fell 74 runs short in the end with only Clarke getting a decent score. i had backs on jacques, ponting and symonds to get 50 and not 1 of them did!

good effort from Mitchell johnson at the end with a 50 unbeaten but from the look of it the top order just didn't do enough.

good performance from India to win.

well I managed to watch the first session, had a medium sized bet on India at 1.65 and luckily Ponting got out soon after, at which point the Indian price crashed dramatically, and it never really got up again.

a bit of a scare at the end with johnson and clark pushing the indian price out to 1.13 from 1.01 in a matter of a few balls!

great cricket match, although I must say I am gutted that I've backed India for the first two tests with larger stakes...inevitably, when they do win, the winnings are measly! Laughing

Next test at adelaide should be a classic.
