You are right franco. Sachin's dilemma in 90's is sort of weird, seeing he is such a class player. Apparently he has been out in 90's about 17 times, and 6 of those came last year (3 of which I think, were 99).
I think an Australian comeback is difficult and will need 2 good partnerships (Hussey is still to come). Still, that is the only team I would expect to win from there.
But yea, Symmo taking out the streaker was play of the day |

i've staked a bit on Australia but only got 2.7 as Symo and hayden had already started putting runs on the board.
While they're in I expect them to keep up a decent run rate which should help Australia out and certainly see the odds come down. |

Seems like a good bet now franco! I can't believe India is throwing it away (although tbh, Hayden is batting really well). Pathan not doing himself any favors either!
104/3 now. |

Australia ahead on run rate and still have some resonable players with the bat to come including Hussey.
they'll want this partnership to go as long as possible though as it'll keep the run rate high.
i've traded out that bet now, a nice little trade from 2.7 down to 1.57!
I think you'd have been a fool to back India at the 1.45 they hit earlier on with decent Australian batsman still to come. India are prone to making hard work even in the games that they win, I definately wouldn't have fancied them to clear up Australia without a major fight.
Australia treat their cricket very seriously and losing 2-0 to India would not be taken lightly, they had their sloppy early wickets but you know they would work hard to make amends.
Hayden out by the way!!!
OH NO!!!
Symonds out!!!
2 huge wickets in 3 balls. |

Well, India take their cricket seriously too
I didn't trade @ 1.45 for India if thats what you mean. I was just putting myself in green for either of the outcome. The match well within reach now. Still, its not over until its over!
Also, its good that you traded it out. At that point, match was really in balance as 2 quick wickets could have done what we are seeing now! |

i wasn't saying you were! just that anyone who would was making a very dangerous move.
Indeed it's not over and I think India's price will hit evens again before the end of this match. |

well, the keep bets came in but i'm still contemplating piling into the indians again at 1.65 - 76 needed from 60.
4 overs from the spinners, hopes will struggle against them I feel. It would be the most hilarious thing in the world if Harbhajan won the series for India, I think I may wait for slightly better odds though (even though they're huge value now). _________________ Corner vulture

Good call both. the odds rose to as far as 1.83 I think. Although as Hussey got out, the odds shot back down to 1.43 odd.
Its back to 1.42 now, as 51 needed off 38 balls. Kinda close. From hereon, odds would change on every ball I think. |

India did go odds against, i'm sure Titan can tell us what Australia dropped to before Hussey went out but the odds definately switcheed and Australia were at least down to 1.9 if not lower.
I've still got an incling Australia will pull this off. |

So do I
I think Oz went down to 1.5 iirc. Anyways, Hopes smashing his way around now. Harbhajan on to bowl. 34 off 26 now. Come on India |

think of the wasted opportunity of a big game if India win this, no one wants dead rubber between these 2!

Well, there won't be a 3rd game if India wins this.
But being an Indian fan, I'd prefer it to end here.
ffs! An edge for 4. 26 off 16. |
