| Shall do fella. Is there another one tomorrow? Also, what is your normal strategy for this? From what I realise, its Lay both @ 1.40, right? |

similar to WTA i suppose, just Lay both teams at as short odds as possible, or if you think you have good value then pick a team and let it ride. I've done the latter option for the past couple of days although i've greened out when i've hit a decent target profit.
tomorrow is hyderabad vs lahore...lahore were very decent in their last match, looked to have an excellent balance although I'm not sure that they can stand up to sustained pressure throughout the tournament.
i'd say that laying both sides at 1.4 should be a fair tactic for tomorrow's match as i think it will be tight. _________________ Corner vulture

not much of a game today!
Hyderbad may have appeared to have a better team than in game 1 but they certainly didn't play like it! soem decent batsman, all bowled out cheaply, beaten by 9 wickets! oh dear oh dear!
annoyingly i traded out prematch to a 20% profit as their price had come down so much but then it went up a few ticks and i put a smaller bet back on to play in play. had no chance to recover really and liquidity was low which didn't help.
hopefully tomorrow will be better as i've not done well on this tournament so far. it's my only negative on my profit/loss since Monday and has lost me nearly 25% of my horse profits! i think i should cut back a bit or at least trade out to a level profit earlier on! |

yes, immensely disappointing today to see a wipe-out
i was hoping that nicky boje and abdul razzaq would claw it back at the end of their innings, even though they'd lost so many wickets they should really have scraped 120.
the dropped catch in the second over of lahore's innings really messed things up, could have been a bit of panic afterwards.
i thought it was a fairly even game in terms of talent before the start of play, so I couldn't bring myself to back 1.5 pre-match.
i maxed out with an average Lay of 1.15 so can't really complain I suppose, wipeouts happen, you just hope you're not on the wrong side of one too often. _________________ Corner vulture

delhi vs chandigarh now, i've layed CL's @ 1.25....delhi chasing 153 which i think is very chaseable on this pitch, although they're three down. But they still have benkenstein, yadav and pothas to come...if atapattu anchors the innings then they're certainly in with a shout. _________________ Corner vulture

Todays match Chennai Superstars v Kolkata Tigers from 13:30 GMT.
Don't know why Chennai is favourites. They lost both their matches in tournament so far (although favourites most of time and Injamam and Kemp screwed them in last).Kolkata played only one so far and won that by little margin, traded outsiders most of time.Anyway fingers crossed plenty of flip flops is expected in this match and wishing you all good luck. |

Chennai Superstars v Delhi Giants at Hyderabad (Decc), Mar 20, 2008
................
Chennai all the way imo but looking for trade.Good pitch to bat on and strong batting team advantage which is Chennai.
Although 1.0x is beatable in Twenty20 so all green book is preferred.
Chennai 2.0 or evens at StanJames, good value for prematch trading.
