On the back of a 280 odd ball triple century by Veeru Sehwag, I think its prudent that this thread is started!

For some match news. First test of the 3 test series. India started as favourites on a flat pitch, which was expected to turn on Day 4 and 5. The curator however did an awful job and made a very flat pitch.

Saffers racked up 540 ao, which unsurprisingly managed tpo put Draw in pole position. And rightly so, as Indian batsmen racked up a few runs of their own.

At the end of Day 3, India is on 468/1, with Sehwag with a boisterous 309*, inching towards 400. I say inching because at the pace he is playing, it could potentially be 1 session away.

The draw is still favored, but there is a good possibility of Indian win, and perhaps could be a good trade to Lay later @ 4. Saffers can, at best, draw the game.

So just like me, set your alarm clocks for 4 AM, 'cos its gonna be one hell of a ride (although fluctuations on the trading front are slow).
