For me, NZ are a poor test side, top order is awful and their decent bowling can't make up for the void of experience in the batting.
Watch out for Ross Taylor thinking that because he hit a few sixes on baby grounds in India, he is now a world-class test player. Should get out to Monty playing the slog sweep a fair bit this summer.
Day 1 could well be a washout if the forecasts are right, personally I think we'll lose most of the day if not all of it. _________________ www.priceform.com

lol, good old England, glorious sunshine till the first home International test match of the year comes along!
England should prove the better test side but as usual with England you've got to be weary of key players folding one after the other. New Zealand have some decent players who can bat but as Titan says they're not really great test players.
Fancy a couple of draws in this series but England should win overall.
With today's play looking unlikely to get much action I imagine the draw is already at a very low price. |

well the draw back hasnt gone to plan at all but managed to lump on england when they won the toss...NZ 43/3 now, worth backing england if they reach 1.5+ again, easy win on the cards IMO.
good old ross taylor, didnt even wait for monty to play a silly shot! _________________ www.priceform.com

2.3 now!
Draw is odds on, glad i layed england at 1.5 and backed draw at 2.2 now, thought i'd blown it by following the crowds on to the draw.
with more bad weather forecast I think there's a good chance of the draw, England barely started and if they don't get more than 2 full days play out of the next 3 the draw is definately the likely outcome.
England were way too low priced at 1.5 as people got over excited by England easily bowling New Zealand. |

bad weather expected, think that prices should remain stable, draw might well come in a fair bit if england bat on and on.
