| I've taken small stakes on Calzaghe in the outright and without Hamilton markets, I can see him getting a lot of votes on the back of last night's performance. I'm not convinced Hamilton is the cert he was a few weeks back, the failing to clinch the World Title may cost him.... |

| BBC are now repeating the Calzaghe fight on Saturday afternoon, for me, this increases his chances of winning the SPOTY award... |

| Ive taken Hatton at 6's. I think if he wins against Mayweather he is pretty much a cert. |

| I can still see Hatton at 1/1 with Coral in the w/o hamilton market, others are 8/11. Evens looks good to me. |

I think if your considering evens i nthat market, you might want to consider the 2.8+ on Hatton to beat Mayweather as I reckon that is a major factor in how he does in the sports personality. Not taking away from you that evens is decent value though, as even if he doesn't win - the commitment he has shown is just incredible _________________ PLAY UP POMPEY |

Apparently Hamilton, Calzaghe and (obviously) Hatton will all be in Las Vegas on Sunday evening, so the potential winner may not even be in the studio.
Makes me think about looking elsewhere for value, like Paula Radcliffe or Jonny Wilkinson? |

just thinking, if you fancy hatton to win and if he does you then think that will lead him to winning the sports personality,
what are the difference between the two prices
i guess 6/4 or so to win the fight
11/4 for sports personality?
could be value in taking the 11/4 for the sports personality against the 6/4??? _________________ [b]My Blogs

exactly my thoughts, MOB - SPOTY and the big fight are directly correlated IMO so the value is taking Hatton for SPOTY, although i'm not sure he'll win outright i'm pretty sure he'll win w/o Hamilton.
If you do think he'll win outright if he wins the fight, there's a nice arb to be had if you back both the Mayweather win and the Hatton SPOTY outright, although it's a little risky for me to be honest.
Also might be a bit late but whilst everyone else is focussing on trading the fight, if Hatton's winning the fight, deffo take up anything over-priced in the SPOTY market. _________________ Corner vulture
