Yes I know its early but if you want those big prices (and we do dont we!!) you must spot the best songs as early as possible.
Now this really is a good betting opportunity and I hope this year a few more will join in with thier view - its aslo a lot of fun - even if a lot of the songs are bloody aweful - having said that the top six or so last year were very good.
Here are this years details:
2010 Eurovision Song Contest, to be held between 25 and 29 May in Oslo.
There are no surprises but for the come-back of Georgia. Here is the final list of participants in the 55th Eurovision.
Albania Armenia Azerbaijan Belarus Belgium Bosnia & Herzegovina Bulgaria Croatia Cyprus Denmark Estonia Finland France FYR Macedonia Georgia Germany Greece Iceland Ireland Israel Latvia Lithuania Malta Moldova The Netherlands Norway Poland Portugal Romania Russia Serbia Slovakia Slovenia Spain Sweden Switzerland Turkey Ukraine United Kingdom
* Semi-Final 1 on Tuesday, 25 May 2010
* Semi-Final 2 on Thursday, 27 May 2010
* Grand Final on Saturday, 29 May 2010
Reminder of the 2009 result:
Norway is the 54th winner of the Eurovision Song Contest. Alexander Rybak performing Fairytale won with 387 points leaving Iceland, Turkey, and Azerbaijan behind.
The top ten were:
1. Norway
2. Iceland
3. Azerbaijan
4. Turkey
5. United Kingdom
6. Estonia
7. Greece
8. Portugal
9. France
10. Bosnia and Herzegovina
Can we get the winner of the 2010 Eurovision Song Contets early and at a good price? - you bet we can!! (but be prepared to bet on 3 or so good possabilities).
Just four months to go and we will be following the action week by week. Remember YouTube is a good place to listen to the tunes and access potential votes (by viewing figures) as well as the various " voting charts" such as the Euro.
Will post more as and when we have any early news.

The UK has Pete Waterman in the Andrew LLoyd Webber role this year, "We should be so lucky" . |

Hey Systemsman! Didn't know I'd find you on here
Eurovision is my number 1 speciality along with GN.
Started off in 2004 with Ukraine 1st and Serbia&Montenegro 2nd a few years ago. Only flop since then was Hungary in 2005 my dark horse (though just prior to going live they were near favs, but the live vocal was awful and they plummeted) though got lil saver on Greece.
OK now 2 tips for you and remember I said them:
1: Norway will be Top 3 defo unless upcoming songs are amazing (and so far it's shaping up to be a few great songs and the rest very poor).
2: Unless Mikey Graham has good song in Irish final, Niamh Kavanagh will blow him away. The former Eurovision winner is reported to be singing amazing big power ballad. Final there is next Friday (I'll be watching online).[/b] |
