21:30 WAS Redskins @ SEA Seahawks
SEA Seahawks-3.5 (Point Spread) @ 2

Seahawks went 7-1 at home this year, only going down to a saints side capable on thier day. Bookies have been clever putting this line at -3.5, but willing to take a chance that given this may turn into a high scoring affair that seattle can win by 7pt or more COndtions in Seattle will be wet and windy, while the pitch wont be effected it may limit the effectivness of passing game, and Collins still has questions to answer, this seattle defense is pretty solid test and redskins got easier rides of late from defenses for teams already qualified. Seahawks showed their current quality by becoming only team in last 6years to make play-offs after losing a super bowl and they hope they might redeem themselves here. At Quarter Back Hasselbeck is an underated indivudual with key expeirence compared to Collins who may have just given redskins a little to much hope. Everyone knows about Portis and many believe Seahakws rely2much on the pass but i would disagree and in Morris seahawks have a guy averaging above 4yards a carry. I think Seahawks hold a key advantage in receivers. Redskins rely heavily on Santana Moss and Randle, while Engrams having a great season, they also can look to Branch and Burelson, while full back Weaver also has been a good pass option. Seahawks offensive line also looks stronger than Redskins and that leaves Collins open to presure in a play-off game, as seahawks defensive line is pretty good rushing the passer. Redskins do well returning kicks but not so well punting away ball, and seahawks stopped hester so they defend it well and they have a decent special teams themselves. Seahawks for me.

So far so good by Seahawks and their defense is doing them proud it has to be said, took me while to find the match on net but got it now, so pm if you cant find it.

Yeah good start for unders backers and seattle supporters. The seattle defence are so quick it has taken nearly two quarters for the skins offence to adjust. Haaslebeck has found his feet and the 12th man I think has helped with the 3 drops the skins have had; an interesting game.

whats impressed me has been seattles defense of the edges stopping the rush, and collins is being put under presure and hes done alright but hasnt had that much time in pocket.
Another small thing is the teams return kicks seattle are making yards, while redskins have nearly always called the fair catch, key yards in a match like this.

By way going overs and sided with jags in the late match read the blog section.

but redskins missed field goal has cost them, and seattle use wind to their advantage and get 2pt conversion to go up 21-14.

Washington 14 Seattle 35 Final. A mad 4th period.

Backed Seattle -3.5 so im pretty chuffed about the result and i have backed Pitsburgh +3 in the next game for the same reason i backed Seattle and thats cos they have a 7-1 home record.
The Jaguars dont have a bad away record tho so i have smaller stakes on the up coming match.

Seattles defense is awesome and if they get their offense to improve although im on packers i worry that if conditions are mild in green bay, the seahawks could make the final.

what a fantastic match....jacksonville scrape it but dont ver the spread by half a point Crying or Very sad

pleased to predict the seahawks game correctly, the pass rush from kerney, petersen , hill etc was too much for collins to handle, except for a bizarre and scary 3 minutes of play in 4th q.

But what happened to Jax defense tonight? Im not so keen on them beating New England now as i was when they were 28-10 up!

games tomorrow i dont think will be as good, Bucs to beat Giants and Chargers to win tho, right bed!
