Need to find one £100 bet to have on this match
Some of the possibles and indicative odds are:
Cowboys ML @ 1.3
Giants ML @ 3.6
Giants + 7.5 @1.9
Cowboys -7.5 @1.9
Under 47 @1.9
Over 47 @1.9
Lets discuss and then maybe I can add a poll later in the week

Owens is obviously a big factor here. The other is Eli Manning and what sort of game he has.
It does look like the Giants should be able to run the ball against the cowboys bit the Cowboys should be able to get some joy from their passing game, at least if Owens is playing. I need to check on Glenn too as his return could be significant

I do think +7.5 looks generous though at this stage |

By all accounts owens ia a game time decision at the moment.
there is a phrase i heard on one of the american broadcasters the other week when talking about TO and his effect and thay had it spot on. "TO is more to the team than just TO" meaning that he frees up space for the others etc like when he is double teamed or with the safety is leaning his way, with that glenn if avalable would be even more effective.
Without TO the others will be less effective. Hence it will be dificult to pick the right choice without konwing what state he will be in.
I agree about manning, He seems to throw more than his share of bad passes although he seems to get a fair amount of drops from his recievers also.
I would also be leaning towards the giants +7.5 as of now. |

| At this moment in time I have to agree with dmachine and go for the giants with the handicap. The giants are 7-1 on the road so far this season. Agreeing that Dallas were immense in their first encounter earlier this season I don't think Dallas have improved that much. Whereas Giants have really bonded and become a better unit because we all knew they had the talent. Dallas have been disappointing in the last couple of weeks of the seaon so if the giants can run the ball effectively that lets manning throw the ball with more focus than hopeful ones on 3rd down. |

I would leave this for a while because TO is a massive factor here, if TO plays then I would fancy Cowwboys -7.5 but without TO then the Giants have a big chance. NYG played very well last week and Eli Manning finally posted a good game in the Playoffs, they have a very solid defense with players such as Michael Strahan and Antonio Pierce. Giants are solid away from home and have a record of 8-1 this season
So at this point 21:53 Tuesday 8th of January I say Giants +7.5 but wait for news on TO. _________________ Read my Boxing blogs, previews of fights happening all over the World. Previews and tips on the wonderful sport of Boxing!

21:30 NY Giants @ DAL Cowboys
NY Giants+0.0 (Money Line) @ 4.02
Short story im not saying Giants will win , but 3/1 is just big ELIs getting his game together the rush is working and by playing v Garcia they got good practice for Romo. I cant see Owens been right if he plays and Dallas rely alot on him and Giants can use that to their advantage.
To add to this Dallas havnt won a play-off game in last 10years, while its 3rd times the Charm for Eli and his Giants, Giants travel so well as ELI doesnt feel the presure on the road.
On a note that Giants lost both their play-off encounters, Cowboys got the luck in both games and cowboys have only got worse since while the Giants have improved and if they can played like they did in first half v Patriots then cowboys could be in trouble. _________________ tonights GAA NHL kick-off http://www.online-betting-guide.co.uk/forum/viewtopic.php?p=589066#589066 |

Giants + 7.5 @1.9
I am starting to lean towards this bet. Giants have played well in the last few weeks and are starting to believe they can make it to the superbowl. Cowboys have a weeks rest last week but they have struggled offensively in the final weeks [whether thats just the thought of the upcoming playoffs remains to be seen] but the Giants have won 8 consecutive road games including last weeks win in Tampa and they I expect them to push Dallas all the way. |

You have to fancy the Giants plus 7.5
Even if Owens plays, he wont be 100 percent and the first pass he gets, the Giants defence will clobber him.
That 7.5 will look mighty big if he does not start.
Any money for Crayton and Witten will tell the story. |

like a few on here i have earlier put forward the giants @ +7.5. ad still believe without TO classification its the best option.
however a few words of caution, there is a lot about the strength of the giants on the road, there is a reason, their home scedule was so much harder than their road one. at home they lost to the patriots, packers and cowboys three of the four best teams in the nfl, also minnesota and washington who were in their best forms of the season around the time of them games.
one the road excluding the divisional matchups they won [phili + wash] thay beat atlanta, miami, detroit, chicago and buffalo not exactly creme de la creme of opponents.
just think the outright win is not the way to go since the giants have not proved they can beat a big gun yet. |

Add me to the list of believing the Giants +7.5 is a decent selection.
Eli Manning and Toomer cut it up last week, and the Giants have been pulling the big plays when needed. Yes they went all out against the Pats to spoil the 16-0 and that shows the spirit.
I think its easy to say this Dallas team are seriously coming together, yet Romo will have a slight pause of concern, 1) Jessica Simpson and 2) his playoff plays last year.
Lets cut to the chase, lets see whats happening with TO.. but Giants at +7.5 is huge. Giants will keep it close, at least within 5-6 points!!

Clear favouring of Giants +7.5
Ive added moneyline as an alternative but I dont see it being as popular |
