I fancy the Washington Wizards +13.0 on the Spread @ 1.91 tonight

This is the second and final meeting between these two this season, the Rockets won the first winning 92-84 with Yao Ming scoring 21 points and 4 assists. The Wizards do not have the best record in Houston and have lost 20 of their last 22 in Houston, but the Rockets who have won 12 straight games will lost that run at sometime and why cant it be the Wizards. The Wizards wont their last match although it was lucky with DeShawn Stevenson hit the winning shot beyond the arc on the buzzer to win the game 95-92 over the Hornets. The Wizards are 11-17 but I think they will be confident after winning as despite a last gasp 3 point shot a win is a win and it gives them some confidence going in to this one.
