Well yesterday was disappointing, hopefully today will go better, only 2 tips, and 1 at fairly short odds some might not want to take.
TAMPA BAY RAYS @ Detroit
Even after yesterday I still think Tampa Bay are the stronger team and at $2 aren't getting the respect they deserve. Good hitters and a starting pitcher with a much better track record.
Colorado @ ARIZONA D-BACKS
Neither Arizona or Colorado have looked dominant recently but Webb is a great starter and is in good form isn't too strong an opposite number in Rusch so Arizona should win this one on the strength of superior pitching.
Boston over the Yankees also looks good since Matsuzaka will be on the mound after being pulled from the start yesterday, but after the Yankees insane hitting spree yesterday I'm not too confident about this one. |
