Okay guys this is my first post on here so sorry if it is not the best. My bet tonight is a pretty obvious treble, but I still think it represents decent value. They are all about 1/2 or thereaboouts and are all on the money line.
Firstly, I would go with Buffalo to beat Atlanta tonight which is the game on tv. Atlanta are 0-5 SU and 2-7 SU on the road. They are a poor team and I think Buffalo will have a bit too much for them offensively, as despite their poor start to the season with games against NYI, I think they will be there or thereabouts at the end of the season, so I figure Buffalo will be well up for this tonight.
Secondly, I am opting for Ottawa to continue their winning streak to the season against Carolina. This is a tougher call because Carolina seem to be getting better and their 7-1 demolition of TOR in Toronto was very impressive. But I think Carolina's impressive PP of 36.4% will be nullified by the Sens who stand at 100% PK, and so cannot see Carolina scoring more than 1 or 2 goals overall. Ottawa are 5-1 SU v Carolina, and I think they are really out to prove a point this season and keep that streak going.
Thirdly, to make the bet worthwhile and lower my stake somewhat I added in Nashville to beat Phoenix. I think Phoenix are woeful, 5-17 SU, 0-5 on road, and just generally a very average/poor team. Nashville, despite everything being up in the air as regards their future home, have performed solidly at home beating both DAL and COL, two teams who do have some merit. Against Phoenix they are 5-0 SU at home, and 8-3 SU, so I have to go with Nashville here. The Puckline is tempting here but I am playing it safe.
So the treble is:
Buffalo to beat Atlanta
Ottawa to beat Carolina
Nashville to beat Phoenix
All on the Money line.....
Again this is my first post so sorry if its not up to standard and seems a bit obvious. |

| Only real bet for me last night was Buffalo to win in 60 mins, i've found the trouble with trebles on the NHL there is rarely 3 games on the same nite that you can be sure enough to bet on, making it all too easy for the bookies to plifer your money! |

| Yeah I know what you mean, I haye doing 3 homes cos of the likelihood a surprise will happen. Like yo always have 2 solid homes and an even money away team. Forgot the Sens were playing 6th time in 9 days too, that would have swayed me a little. However sorry for the silly advice, Nashville were unlucky despite the score though. Although personally I won all my money back on the Rockies in the baseball...Ill try harder next time... |
