The Martingale system. In the bookies it eventually doesnt work.. the software hits you and you get busted, but ive seen it work.Initially people do win, I dont know whether this is the machine that knows its a new player (compters are clever enough for that arent they ?) or is it just beginners luck.I dont know, but what I do know is that on these machines I have seen people win to start with and then lose.. Why ? well its that old thing of not knowing when to stop.

So this triggers my research ? When on average do you stop, I mean by this.. is it possible to know when the spins are going to go against you and those miracle 9/10 reds for example come up.Now obviously if we knew exactly ,we wouldnt be here now.. it would be the perfect gamble, knowing exactly when to stop.

But,I am finding averages on when to stop.

First of all, Im doing it on the internet, now im not stupid, im not going to waste my money on this and im using the free versions, that essientally is the same software. It should be a random generator of simple red or blacks, but anyone with anything about them must realise that the software has to be favoured for the bookie to stop this system by hitting you with so many of the opposite colour you hope for.

Here's how I started.

I went on the 777 free roulette and tried it out, my bankroll was $1000 and the maximum bet on a colour was a measly $100. So if I bet $5 dollars a time, this would allow for 4 losing bets as long as my 5th bet won (5,10,20,40,80), now if i went for $1 it would allow for 6 lsong bets as long as i won on my 7th bet (1,2,4,8,16,32,64).

For time purposes i went for the $5 dollar option, but did enough spins to get the same information if i was betting with the orignal $1 start. This is because the software shouldnt/doesnt change depending on how much money you stake.if you stake $1 or $500 the software should provide the same odds of it happening, which as a randomiser is probably will.

Right,I must say this,I was betting and doubling on RED, So i started with the $5 as above.Initially it was mixed, in the first 10 spins, 6 came out Black but 4 came out Red in between these Blacks meaning I was representing a proffit.I carried on,it was once again mixed but this time it was in the favour of Red, which was good for me.The results came in at 8 reds out of 16 spins, which as any decent person knows is 1/2.. exactly what the odds are and overall should pay you. This may have bene a good chance to walk away, but I carried on.The next 2 spins came out red again meaning that out of 18 spins,10 of them were red. This was the best proffit I had.. because... The next spins as we all know, were devastating.Amazingly or not as we know from the past, 8 blacks came out in a row, which meant that when i doubled my stake, eventually it got past the max and this pretty much broke me, from past experience I know that if you try to start again, you wont recoup any of those losses and the software will carry on to sting you.

So from my first go, the premium time to stop was when the spins were 50/50 + 2 spins .. this was (8/16 .. + 2 spins equals ) 10/18 in my case.

I will carry on my research in the following days, the key thing to remember is that, these thing are not cash machines, the people I have seen win on these thing have quickly lost and lost some more. They are designed to win the bookie money and not give you free betting money, we all must remember this.

All im doing is seeing on average, it will begin to sting us, and take it from there, because people will continue to try the Martingale system on these machines and initially be up and think WOW! .. ill get my coat and retire now, but it quickly goes wrong.
