A system that works...Really.
I discovered it on Friday,I have been laying all 200/1 shots,I know it sounds insanely simple but sometimes it`s just staring you in the face.I hope I don`t have a losing bet soon.
Okay your turn ... hand over your systems

Only after you have suffered several losses AND still show a profit can a system be deemed successful. Let us know how your laying 200/1 shots goes after you've had some losses (so thousands of bets) |

i have a laying system, which you can follow on my blog which makes your hair stand on end with some the prices being layed, but i would never Lay anything at that price,
also, with all due respect, if you want to trade a system for a system, i would personally want to research the results over a suitable time frame to ensure that it is indeed profitable as you have not supported your post with this information.
In fact i think i will. i'll let you know what it throws up _________________ 12 Months Horse Racing Blogs

I intended this to be a bit of a laugh as we all know long shots do come in and also nobody round these parts will share a system that works.
I am a simple man so my betting method is to back a horse I fancy and Lay out of my bet in-running,trading I think it`s called.
Here`s a pearl... There is no system,unless your Raj Patel . |

Quite strongly disagree with that. there have been plenty of posts with winning systems on here. Take Hawks stop loss on the dogs, My Lay system has been performing just nicely as has Syms, Jeremiah has put systems up which score regularly too.
Have a look around and you'll find some pearls, not only systems, of wisdom too _________________ 12 Months Horse Racing Blogs

Man O Bong,
I have read your blog and it makes very good reading and I will read more.
My point regarding the boys not sharing systems was a cynical one aimed more at those who claim to have a system (Martingale most probably) and direct you to there web site.
You on the other hand put in a serious tonnage of work to produce a winning system and then you share it...A latter day apostle.
I love you MOB......Really I do...especially if your system pans out.
Best of luck from the emerald isle...Arty |

As a self proclaimed lover of systems I always find these threads fascinating.
However, after alomost 20 years messing around with systems, some good, some not so good, I've firmly come down with the opinion that systems are a useful tool to understand racing & trends but nothing can beat form analysis.
Most systems prove to be mind numbingly hard to follow & alot of pleasure is taken from the racing.
I tried all sorts but the day i decided to look at each race in isolation armed with the knowledge gleaned from experimenting with systems, was the day i started making tangible profits. |

When it comes to racing systems, the trap people fall into and i have said this time and time again is that a few days isnt long enough to prove if a system works or not, three months maybe! _________________ Betting systems reviewed- check my site! |

I taught a female businesswoman about Betfair a year or two ago and she had the same plan. When she came to me she was laying outsiders (without too much research). She had 30 or 40 successful bets, fiver a time. I tried to snap her out of it calling her a mug etc, telling her it was only gonna take one of them coming in to wipe her out. She was a woman. She didnt listen. The next day she laid a horse at odds of 150 (I think). Didnt hear from her after that but she was the type that bookies love. _________________ Positions now available in OLBG Lottery syndicate. 28 lines in each draw dramatically increases chances of a jackpot. | ghstatistics...you are spot on..Rome was not built in a day...it is all about the long term, and you are right 3 months minimum...if it works then you will be Ok...but you will still have those painful losing runs, which are unavoidable |
