Hi everyone, i am quite new on here and i have been trying hand on the horses for a couple of months but i am having very little success. Does anyone have any tips on how to study horses or any systems or strategies that are worth trying in order to make a steady profit. I am not looking for big gains but slow and steady and then eventually build my way up in the horse racing world.
I am going for Snowy Morning for the National, what do you think?
Thanks. Any tips would be more than usual?

Snowy Morning for the National?

If you are serious about betting on horses then you will leave betting on the national well alone...

I very rarely back any horses but my advice would be to study races with less than 11 runners give yourself half a chance.

But best of luck with your national flutter anyway.

come on mate everyone does have a flutter in the national but I do agree with going with races with 11 runners or less much easier to sort out and takes less time Laughing

Hi Wasimn,

This is my first post on this particular forum.

I'm not particularly wise, but the general idea is to try to eliminate as many variables as possible. Study form. Specialize. Never chase your losses. Never bet more than you can afford to lose.

My particular preference is for all weather sprints.

Brian

all weather sprints?? i thought they were the ones to stay clear of. Usually, they are class 5 or 6 and maybe even 7! These horses are very UNPREDICTABLE and the favourite very rarely wins! You cant trust these horses. I have recently found that betting on Classes 1,2,3 are easier and more profitbale.
