i'd go along with single bets but if you really want to upset them go in with big foreign football acca's and ask for prices...was a fav with one of my mates who not only did very well with the bets but loved winding the bookies up...."4/7 on mate nah take them off the bet,hill's next door have them at 4/6" at which point they would normally crack and ask why he asked for prices when he knows what they are elsewhere...me i used to go in big on ante post bets for the flat and if they ever came up i'd always go to the same bookies to collect as i know he hated me...  once i had the money i'd give the staff a small drink each but never him..

I find that Bookies hate it when you put Superglue in their front door locks on Grand National morning.

funny thing is do you remember the picture in Ladbrokes of the bloke who was robbing them all....was the image of one of my workmates who had recently been made redundant..

I wouldnt wash em it will hamper any DNA forensics and could only benefit the user

I Say EW bet when theres 8 horses in a race. Because with 8 horse race you can still have 3 chances of winning so that only leaves 5 that can loose.

I have on several occasions gone into the bookies and placed a very annoying bet.
i find a race with only 8 runners with a short fav and 4 or more big priced runners then i put 10p Each Way on every horse in the race and ask to take the price on each horse.
this bet has never failed to make a profit(a very small profit but profit non the less)and it never fails to annoy the bookie.
this bet is only for fun and not something i do very often.
