I recently opened an online account with a high street bookmaker, and after a few losses, havin finally had a good weekend went to withdraw my winnings back to my bank account, only to find im "not authorised to make withdrawls".
When i phone customer services to find out why, i am told i need to either send them a photocopy of a bank statement or go into one of their branches with I.D - anyone else ever experienced this? (They dont have a shop near me, hence i opened an online account)
I've got several online accounts and this is the only one ive had to do anything like this with to get my winnings, after all, they were happy enough to take my stakes!
