Due to the laws revolving money laundering, aren't you only allowed to change any withdrawel method when you account balance is Zero ?

I had a bust up with one bookmaker as I have just £ 0.39p credit and they would let me change my bank details - even though my bank had upgraded my account, changed all my details. I told them to write it off as there was no way I was getting the bank involved for 39p. I still get a statement each month for the bookie.

Yes it is down to money laundering. If you reduce your balance to zero (sometimes you can get away with say £5 but that varies as Littlest Hobo has found) then you can usually arrange to change withdrawal method.

Quite often you have to withdraw the amount you first deposited to the original payment method before you can change. This is the case for Betfair.
