Albi,
you could email Betfair customer services and ask them for clarification, on the official prem site it is scored at 10 mins so I guess its a loss.
Best of luck

yeh ivee seen that it says 10 on the official site but with Betfair having it as 0-10 if the goal was 10.01 then it should be a winner to me, but the official sites doesnt give the exact second just gives 10 mins,
ive emailedthem awaiting a reply |

Your bet was no goals from 0-10 mins of the match.
0-10 mins is 0:00-9:59 inclusive. If the goal time was officially 9:58 as you stated, then your bet is a loser.
You have no grounds to get your money back as your bet was a straight up losing bet.
Unlucky, yes, but still a clear losing bet. |

when the times are different on different websites i thought it was worth sending an email to Betfair to see what they say, their reply wasnt helpful at all, said they checked with their sources which they can not tell me who they are and said nothing they can do which has annoyed me a bit they could at least say we go by sky sports offiicial goal timer thingy, why couldnt he just speak to Hart for one more second. |

Sky Sports have the "official" goal time.
When you look at other sites, they show the minute of the goal being scored, in this case, the 10th minute. The reason some show it as the 11th minute is because it was 9:58, so close to the cut off, I'd assume. |

Despite my Betfair-friendly id I do feel that they are acting like plonkers in not revealing their source for goal times.
The official source should be The Premier League (in my view), but I know in the past BF used Actim (?) stats service - I know because I had a dispute with a similar market.
Can't imagine that Sky Sports would be the official source, hardly independant are they (SkyBet).
I think it would be very useful if you email BF again and demand they name their source. Tell them Team OLBG want to know. Let us know what they say!
But to be honest I suspect their "official source" might be some spotty kid sitting in front of a monitor at BF HQ. |

| Betfair use various timing methods to record goal times. I know this for a fact as i used to work there. They also have someone in Feltham that give Betfair live feeds which they also use. |
