uve taken the first step by admitting that things are out of control. im sure u prob also know that in the long run u wont win overall on roulette as the house has the edge.
if u wanna treat yerself, think of the vilest most horrible thing u can and imagine it on the roulette table, picture it vividly and absorb the disgust u feel. let that override any thrill u previously had. always remember that every time u r thinking about it. close down any casino sites u have accounts with if u can.
good luck. _________________ Positions now available in OLBG Lottery syndicate. 28 lines in each draw dramatically increases chances of a jackpot. Please PM me for info. |

| I have often convinced myself that I have found a system to make money on roulette, but if you look at it statistically, the wheel is bound to beat you in the end, and the more you play, the more likely this is. The answer is not to play at all, and concentrate on gambling in areas where there is hope that your skill can actually make you a profit. As a recovering, sober alcoholic I have had to face up to the fact that there is a part of my brain that I simply cannot trust, because it tries to convince me that I haven't got a problem, but always gets me into trouble in the end. If this is getting you into serious difficulties, you need to talk to other people in the same situation - it's great to find you are not alone. Try http://www.gamblersanonymous.org.uk/ |
