Please, please will someone get me off the roulette machines

I know there is a thread about roulette on here but I may need more than just that help. If I could somehow control the money i put in the roulette machines I would have a lot more money than what I do now. Whenever I win on the football or the horses the money goes straight into the roulette mahcine. I can control the amounts I bet on the football and the horses but with the Roulette machine there while I am waiting for a race or something I just end up throwing money in. I think I have controlled it when i take a reasonable amount out of it but I always end up thowing it back in. This is depressing me now. Please will someone help.

P.S. I have already borrowed £80 from my brother and £10 from my mum to feed the addiction and I can't help myself.

P.P.S I don't want to see a psychologist after the last time I dealt with one... I don't want to go into the story.
