In an attempt to extract some money from those bookies I am setting this blog up to record my success or otherwise on F1 betting.
I will select 3 bets per race:
1, Overall winner - 5 points
2, Podium finish - 3 points
3, Points finish - 2 points
Some bets will be placed pre qualifying some after.
All odds will be from BlueSq
Opeing bank - 100 points.
Malaysia 23-03-08
Overall winner - Lewis Hamilton @ 6/4
Podium finish - David Coulthard @ 20/1
Points finish - Sebastien Bourdais @ 3/1
Bets placed pre qualifying and i will add comments following qualifying on Saturday

As I will be away for a week or so from this Sunday (Beach in Lanzarote  ) without computer access I am posting this now:
No odds available and I will have to work them out when I get back.
Opening Bank - 90 Points

Overall winner - Kimi Raikkonen @ 8/5
Podium finish - Lewis Hamilton @ 2/5
Points finish - Jenson Button No Odds Found

Managed to find some odds on Betfair and have added them, just need the odds for Button to finish in the points

O T,
Jenson Button points finish @ 3.35. But they may shift after friday practice session and qualifying. Will try and remember to post after each.

5.20pm Fri and Jenson is 3.85 to finish in the Points.
one hour after Qualifying has finished Button has quallied in 9th and is @ 1.7 on Betfair but there is not much liquidity yet only £147 to back at that price.

Odds 15 mins before the off
Raikonnen to win @ 3.2 (11/5)
Hamilton podium @ 1.55 (8/15)
Button points finish @ 2.4 (7/5)
All odds Betfair.

After a break we are off and running again and now back into Europe
Have got onto the overall winner early as I think the price is value.
Opening Bank - 80 Points
Barcelona 27-04-08
Overall winner - Lewis Hamilton @ 4/1
Podium finish - Robert Kubica @ 85/40
Points - Jenson Button @ 2/1 finish -
