thanks for your reply, alfie
i certainly will be a lot wiser if i can get some monies from this
it would be hard not too
i have not mentioned any of this to my father as that would be my last resort.there is a possibility of that working but i would have to wait /hope everton come up on sunday before i could entertain that thought, and then there is a possibility that darlington could let me down tomorrow and everything is out the window. its all ifs and buts at the moment.
i hope paddy powers ring me back today [ not like last year with Boylesports]
there is only one winner out of all this and thats my `caroline` as she has been promised half again this year
i am still trying to find where she hid last years loot
cheers alfie |

Hard to see Everton losing on Sunday so that leaves Darlington in the play offs, wouldn't be confident about them so hope you get a chance to trade out _________________ My place betting blog |

Its not particularly generous but the safest alternative involves getting many k shipped into your Betfair account before tomorrow's Darlington game starts. I'd take it if I was in your situation. But this time give it all to the wife so you don't give it back to the bookies.

hi alfie
i agree with you about it not been that generous but in my estimation i would need about 85,000 to guarantee myself around 22,000
25,000=rochdale 4/5 rochdale win =20,000 profit
if darlington won,
60,000=stockport/wycombe4/5 stockport/wycombe win=48,000
[- rochdale monies 25,000
23,000 profit
darlington win= 107,388 - stockport/rochdale monies=22,388 profit
but if everton were to slip up it would be jump in rivertime
if i was still living in england it would be easier for me to do this as my parents live in england and i would have to explain this face to face with my father for him to understand[ non gambler] compared to doing it over a phone.
i am going to ring back and except the offer and thanks for your reply alfie |

cheers gecko
thanks for your reply. i have accepted their offer.they rang during my previous post.they had to read out all the selections and prices that were on the bet and i had to say that it was all correct and that i would except their offer so they would have it all recorded on phoneline in case of a dispute.
i can collect the cheque now as it is been given the all clear in my local Paddy Power shop to do so.
now i can sit back and shout/roar for rochdale/aston villa/newcastle
cheers for your replies |

hi kilkennycat
all done and dusted.i have collected my cheque and i have got a duplicate of my betslip for keeps [ in case darlington win,i can hand it in to a different Paddy Power shop ] i was not expecting it to be sorted out so quickly but now i am relieved that i got something back and as gecko said definite money is better than potential money.
i will still be sick if darlington win.
cheers |

A profits not a profit until its taken
Well done Swash, it seemed the sensible option in your circumstances. Now take the missus away for 2 weeks and DO NOT check the football results |
