I have reopend this thread to use as a base for new rating system with a veiw to finding shorter priced horses to Lay i will put down the top and bottom four each day as long as i can find time . horses without an XX means that the race involved falls within the criteria that i require for me to consider the race as one i would like to get involved in in my normal days gambling and is there for MY referance .

I will start with the lowest four rated if ther is a tie i will put them in order of the amount of runners in the race with prefferance for more runners on the lowest rated side and less runners on the higher rated side
