|
|
The Return of the 7 team has undergone a face-lift [I think you'll agree we needed it! ] and shall participate in the comp as 2 teams now.
This is the home of the 'Premiership' and is the meeting place for the 5 members who will make up this team in April.
Below, hopefully, is the Championship Reserves team which is the home of our extended family. I'm sure 15 members of the 2 teams will spend time within each team in the coming months as the relegation/promotion gets into full swing but for this month the top tier is made up of:
1 - Inatimate1
2 - Burners
3 - Ipoh Shark
4 - Sweet FOs
5 - KanKeano
I've sent out PM's to all 4 of you with the team password. I've PM'd 'El Capitano' [still got to have Coops as honorary captain] to let him its all set up.
Now lets get on with this month. _________________ "The biggest regret of my whole football career was leaving White Hart Lane in 1970.....I was heartbroken" - Jimmy Greaves. Greatest ever English striker, bar none [464 goals in 657 matches for club & country] |

Have every confidence in you guys, good job you got shot of the last Capitano Not the bestist of starts
Man U were good last night, Schalke could have gotr a draw and the Spiders were the biggest casualty, between them and Brechin this season
Good Luck for this month Men [Coopsy will be spying ] _________________ Challenge Winners for Season

Another thing, you will be competing against the Championship BUT they are our Brothers so to speak, as hopefully all of us will be at some point in the Prem so we will all be working as a team and thats how it should stay, so basically we are now an Egg Chasing select, you can also post on each others Banter forum, you dont have to stick to this thread
Good Luck to Both Teams
Just that a couple of you guys were wondering and i totally agreed with what you said and In1, have had a few PMs from the team saying its a cracking idea with the points system
Will just leave it in your very capable hands, remember Coopsy will always be here to give you a hand with it, maybe if Mrs In1 has you under the thumb for a weekend or five [Just if you need me ] _________________ Challenge Winners for Season

Do the Prem boys get a repreive if at the end of the month you are all in Profit
Was just thinking if you are, you might start to beat one another and lose out come the end of the month, you can have a think
Or is it just a case of hard lines the bottom 2 and they are Championship bound
Remember the 2 up 2 down will run every month _________________ Challenge Winners for Season

Yeah we don't want a dog eat dog scenario, when at the end of the day we are a team. Play it by ear I suppose, more often than not the bottom two of a team towards the end of the month are in the red. So fighting to return to profit will no different to fighting for 3rd spot and above, likewise with the top 2 of the Championship.
I understand what I'm saying
Message to Coopsy and Burners and any other Huns:
I saw Christain Dailly this morning in my local High St , seen him a couple of times around posh Essex when he was with us. Was he on the bench last night for you lot ?? Can only think he came home for the weather, sunny and warm down saaaf
All the best everyone at the Premiership _________________ Eng Prem Scorecast Champion 06/07 |

Should be 2 up, 2 down whatever profit. Thats the way I would prefer it to work _________________ "The biggest regret of my whole football career was leaving White Hart Lane in 1970.....I was heartbroken" - Jimmy Greaves. Must be an April thing, relegation fears everywhere
How about five team bets this weekend, one from each of us, minumum odds of 4's, £50 on each. One correct to break even, two or more a bonus.
I'll go for Dean Ashton FGS, should be around 4's. West Ham home to Derby and although we are in pre season mode for 08/09 and out of form, it's a decent shout. He is looking a bit better of late and I fancy him to score, cannot see anything like the repeat of the 5-0 win at Pride Park though.
To all at the Premiership _________________ Eng Prem Scorecast Champion 06/07 |

I'm up for that idea 5 bets at odds of at least 4/1 good thinking Sweet.
I will stay with the first scorer theme and have Alves for Boro against Bolton this weekend
choice's so far
Sweet FOs -Dean Ashton fgs @ 4/1
Burners- Afonso alves fgs @ 4.5/1
anyone else up for a selection? _________________ No-one likes us we don't care |
