| I'm wondering wether the amount of Greyhound races a day is a potential headache for the administrators ? Perhaps one meeting a day would give us 'Greyhound lovers' possibilities. Most other sports are covered on this excellent site...would get my support ! |

Been asked about time and time again
I think through the admisnistration that would be involved, and (i am guessing), the limited take up of the facility, it would be too much work for too little return. _________________ 12 Months Horse Racing Blogs

It would be fun to select a greyhound meeting to run a competition, but to get it right u would need all the runners and the reserves, but you could run it on dog traps but that would take the enjoyment out of it, as players would be just selecting the traps and stead of time performing dogs.
I agree with man o bong it would take a lot of time up with little returns and to many players having the same dogs, so it would never come up with a clear winner. |

Have run a few comps various places ( not olbg yet ) including one for greyhounds.
What about for starters having a weekly comp ( one day a week) either at a day time or evening meeting, could be a differnt track each week , and see how things go for say a month and then take it from there.
Anyway only just read this and its rather late, but i might be able to do something if enough interest and ok with the Boss !
Will look in tomorrow or rather latter today.
