Tonights Lay I have noted before that it has been checking on numerous occasions around Romford.

Not blessed with early pace the selection will find himself at the back very early. With many dogs open to improvement who ever breaks and hits the front by the 2nd bend should go on to an easy win.

The Racing Post have put this dog up as a 7/2 chance and have selected it to come 2nd to Trap 4, my tissue is 5/1.

I would be more than happy to Lay this dog up to the 5.0 deadline which may have to be done early.

KILLARNEY LOOP was placed 4th after finding plenty of rouble at the first corner after missing the break. The Trap 4 Jim Reynolds runner was punted and never looked in Danger.

I managed to have £50 matched at 4.8 and £50 @ 5.5. the liquidity was very poor for this first race.

7.11 Trap 3 KING LEONIDAS

The selection was well backed when winning A7 grade last Wednesday including myself when returning the 11/8f.

The Ernie Gaskin Crash Pup will have to improve on it's early pace to figure here as I was less than impressed by the selection last week.

When hitting the front at the first bend with a average 3.87 sectional, I was expecting a fast winner. This was not to happen. Even though a young pup I thought it struggled to get the trip especially when hahagirl who is a renound front runner managed to get within 2 1/4 lenghts of the winner.

The selection will need to improve on its early pace to get in contention tonight especially with Trap 4 who has great early and Trap 5 who on her day can match most dogs in this grade for early therefore stands our chance.

If 3 did manage to lead with T1,T2,T6 being strong and getting any sort of a run I would expect these to pick the selection up.

I have tissued this selection up at 3/1, I think on course with open up around 2/1 maybe shorter and I wouldn't be suprised if there is more money for it.

I will be happy to Lay this selection up to 4.5, but no doubt If bigger I would probably take it on.
