Derry vs Galway- Derry
Derry unbeating at home in 1st 3 games, 2 wins then a draw in their last home game with Sligo. Without a win in their last 3 games but i cant see anything but 3 points tonight .....
Galway have picked up one point from their 1st 8 games of the season, that was in their 1st away game at Cobh with a 1-1 draw, since then they havnt scored a goal when playing away! they have lost 4 outta 4 at home, an 3 outta 4 away, 1 draw!
Derry @ 1.44 Bet365
Bray vs Cobh Ramblers - Bray
Bray has won their last 2 home games, beating Derry an Finn Harps both 1-0, they are unbeating in the last 4 overall, with 3 wins 1 draw.
Cobh have lost all 4 of their away games so far!
Bray @ evens Bet365
I cant really see many goals coming in both them games above an expect them to result in Under 2.5
Else where League champions Drogheda host newly promoted Finn Harps, Drogheada lost their last home match 2-1 against Bohemians but have won 3 of their last 4 overall, Finn Harps are still to pick up any points on the road with 4 loses outta 4!
Tho like the Derry win, the Drogheda win doesnt offer much value with the best odds at time of writein being Drogheda @1.4 with Boylesports |

Lech Poznan -1.5 v Jagiellonia Bialystok @ 1.64
This is a big match for Lech Poznan as they look to move in to 3rd place in to the Interto Cup spot. Lech suffered a loss at Cracovia Krakow last week but their home form recently has been good, winning the last 2, while they have lost just 1 of their last 10 at home against champions Wisla Krakow. They have lost just once at home all season in fact and dont leak many goals, they have kept 7 clean sheets in those 10 home matches. Jagillonia Bialystok are struggling and their away form is woeful, they have lost 5 straight on the road, failing to score in 4 of those matches, and its been 7 away matches since they last won on the road. Only bottom side Zagleibe Sosnowiec have conceded more goals on the road than Bialystok and it might be a long nigh for them against fired up Lech team.
Nurnberg +0.25 v Borussia Dortmund @ 1.89
Big match for FC Nurnberg as it looks between them, Hansa Rostock and Arminia Bielefeld on who gets that vital 15th spot although Cottbus are not completley out of it. Nurnberg have won just 2 on the road this season and add another 2 points to that tally and it does show again why they have been in the lower half of the table. When I looked at their squad I couldnt believe why they were in 16th, they have Charisteas, Koller, Vittek, Galasek, Misimovic and Kristiansen to name a few and those named are some very good players. They were hammered in their last away match 3-0 by VFB Stuttgart but they are a team with something to play for, Borussia are not and they may be affected by a heartbreaking loss to Bayern in the DFB Pokal final. They were hammered 3-1 by Hamburg in their last home match and with nothing to play for, Nurnberg could well get a win but the draw looks more realistic. _________________ Read my Boxing blogs, previews of fights happening all over the World. 19:45 Bray Wanderers v Cobh Ramblers
Bray Wanderers-0.5 (Asian Handicap) @ 2.1
I dont think cobh do much on their travels. And they have lost all 4 of their away games this season. Bray Started the season poorly but have really got into their stride. And a good 1-0 win over Derry last week gives them every chance here. Since their loss to st.pats they have picked up 3wins from 4. And a Draw v bohs also looked good away.
Also look out for limerick to beat shelbourne 2/1 looks much too big. _________________ Check out my Euro 2008 preview

Fianna
Drogheda tonight will be a good call. Harps only had 10 first team players train this week and that included two keepers and Shaun Williams who is on loan from Drogheda so is inelgible to play tonight. Harps have at least 10 players out injured and havent scored in 515minutes of football.Their manager is more worried about getting a team out never mind scoring. Was at the Harps Sligo match last week and they were terrible.
drogheda to win tonight looks a solid bet tonight and on the AH too.
As for Derry just be careful. A friend of mine is big mates with a few of the players and he was saying that they have a few injury worries themselves so check out who's playing first.Galway players to will be looking to impress the new manager. Even with Galway at the bottom I for one will be saying away from this match.
Bohs to beat UCD tonight is worth looking at.Bohs have been playing good this season and UCD have been inconsistant and shoud of been beat last week. Bohs have full fit squad with only Killian Brennan doubtful with stomch bug.
Bohs 5/6
Bets tonight DROGHEDA AND BOHEMIANS double @ 2.50 |
